Abstract

Es werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Kunststoffformteilen mit Innenhohlraum mittels Injektion von Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Wasser, eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines solchen Kunststoffformteils mit Innenhohlraum und eine Flüssigkeitsinjektionseinrichtung in Form einer Einspritzdüse angegeben. Zur Erzeugung eines Innenhohlraums in der in den Hohlraum eingespritzten Kunststoffmasse wird Flüssigkeit in einer dynamischen Phase gemäß einer geschlossenen Regelung unter Steuerung des Flüssigkeitsstroms nach Maßgabe von Geschwindigkeit, Masse und/oder Volumen eingetragen. Hieran schließt sich dann eine statische Phase gemäß einer geschlossenen Regelung des Flüssigkeitsdrucks bis zur endgültigen Erstarrung des Kunststoffformteils mit Innenhohlraum im Formhohlraum zum Aufbringen eines Verdichtungsdruckes an. Ferner wird eine Flüssigkeitsinjektionseinrichtung (20) angegeben, welche in Form einer Einspritzdüse (21) ausgelegt ist. Diese Einspritzdüse (21) ist in, Form eines Gleitventils ausgebildet, welches nur bei Anlegen einer unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit öffnet und einen Flüssigkeitsstrom in Richtung des Pfeils (22) vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Entformungsrichtung abgibt.
