本案发明人鉴于上述习知技术所衍生的各项缺点, 乃亟思加以改良创新, 并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后, 终于成功研发完成本件一次用安全蝴蝶针结 构。 发明内容
本发明之目的即在于提供一种易于操作且安全的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构。 本发明之次一目的在于提供一种无须担心被人拿来作二次利用的一次用安 全蝴蝶针结构。
可达成上述发明目的之一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 包括有:

靑参阅图三 A及图三 B, 本发明所提供的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构中, 该手 推部 22酌前端底部亦可设一凸扣 223, 而该保护套件 1的外缘前端则设有一凹扣 125 , 园此当将滑移件 2推至保护套件 1前端时, 可通过将凸扣 223扣入凹扣 125 中, 以防止注射针 23向后退, 而当抽取或注射完毕后, 仅需将滑移件 2向后推, 即可使 ώ扣 223与凹扣 125分离; 再者, 该凸扣 223亦可设置于 推部 22前缘, 而 该保护 件1的外缘前端则凸设一凸块 19, 且该凸块 19对应手推部 22前端凸扣 223的^:置则设有一凹扣 125 ; 又, 该手推部 22后端亦可设一凸扣 223, 且该凸扣 223的 端则具有一塞设部 2231, 而保护套件 1的末端亦设有具凹扣 125的凸块 19, 并于该凹扣 125的内测设有一扣抵部 1251, 因此当本发明所提供的一次用安 全蝴蝶针使用完毕时, 通过将手推部 22向后推, 此时, 手推部 22后端的凸扣 223 为可容置于凹扣 125中, 并通过塞设部 2231与扣抵部 1251相^ I合, 致使注射针 23 无法再由保护套件 1穿出, 以达到避免遭人二次利用的目的; 另外, 该手推部 2 与保护套件 1的凸扣 223及凹扣 125均可互换。 请参阅图三 C, 本发明所提供的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构中, 该滑槽 12后端 可不设凸扣 121, 且滑樓 12自后端凸扣 121后方亦可不设偏移斜角 126, 而滑移件 2的后侧设有一个或一个以上的弹勾 225 ; 当本发明的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构使 用前, 该手推部 22限定于滑槽 12后方的二凸扣 121中间, 且滑移件 2后端的弹勾 225则顶制于保护套件 1内缘的壁面, 而当本发明所提供的一次用安全蝴蝶针结 构使用完毕后, 仅需将 移件 2通过手推部 22向后推至滑槽 12的最后端, 此时, 该弹勾 225会由保护套件 后端的开口处穿出, 且该弹勾 225通过其弹性而向两侧 弹开, 致使弹勾 225勾佐保护套件 1的后侧, 而使滑移件 2无法再向前推移, 以达 到避免遭人二次利用的目的。
请参阅图三 D, 本发明所提供的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构中, 该滑槽 12前端 及后端略前的凸扣 121 可设置于保护套件 1的内缘, 而滑槽 14后端的凸扣 121则 以止回档块 14代替, 该让回档块 14亦可设置为一个或多个或环绕于保护套件 1的 内缘, 因此当本发明所提供的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构使用完毕后, 可通过手推 部 22将滑移件 2向后推, 此时, 即可透过滑移件 2通过止回档块 14时所产生的声 音及手感, 来确定滑移件 2通过并固定于止回档块 14的后方, 而使滑移件 2无法 再向前推移, 以达到避免遭人二次利用的目的。
请参阅图四, 本发明所提供的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构中, 该滑移件 2亦可 由一本体 24及一手推部 22所构成, 其中该本体 24前端插设有一注射针 23, 而本 体 24中的中间部位则向内凹设一环形凹槽 241, 并于该手推部 22中间开设有一具 凸肋 251的扣孔 25, 且该凸肋 251为包覆于环形凹槽 241外缘, 因此, 可使本发明 所提供的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 可通过旋动本体 24来调整注射针 23尖端斜面 的方向, 另外, 该本体 24前端的外缘亦可对应注射针 23尖端斜面的位置, 而设 置若干标示, 使注射针 23***患者的注射部时, 医护人员在旋动本体 24时, 可 得知注射针 23尖端斜面的方向。
请参阅图五, 本发明所提供的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构中, 以软管 5连接于 滑移件 2后方的接头 51亦可以一注射针 23代替, 且该注射针 23系插设于一滑移件 2的后方., 且该滑移件 21设有一滑块 21以连接一手推部 22, 再者, 该滑移件 2系 套设于一保护套件 1内, 该保护套件 1上开设有一滑槽 12, 且滑槽 12接近前端、 后端及后端略前之处分^]设有凸扣 121, 而该滑槽 12自后端凸扣 121后方产生有 一偏移斜角 126, 另外, 该保护套件 1前端设置仅可供注射针 23穿出的环挡.部 N2004/000327
10, 另外, 上述的滑移件 2与保护套件 1结构亦可如图二、 三、 三 、 三^、 三、 D、 四、 及.图五所示, 且该保护套件 1的两侧均未设置蝴蝶片 11、 固定片及手 持部。
另外, 上述本发^所提供 0 l一次用安全蝴蝶针结构的各种实施例结构, 亦 可应用于各式注射器上 〔如洗肾用的专用注射器、 采血器、 一般的针筒注射器 或各式接管 (如点滴接管) 〕 。
上列详细说明系针对本发明的一可行实施例的具体说明, 惟该实施 ί歹!]并非 用以限制本发明的专利范围, 凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所为之等效实施或变 更, 均应包含于本案之专利范围中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 包括:
—保护套件, 该保护套伴的前端底部向侧边延伸有一个或两个蝴蝶片, 该 保护套件上开设有一滑槽, 且滑槽接近前端、 后端及后端略前之处分别设 有凸扣, 而该滑槽自后端凸扣后方产生有一偏移斜角, 另外, 该保护套件 前端设置仅可供注射针穿出的环挡部;
一滑移件, 该滑移件上缘以一滑块连接一手推部, 且滑移件前端插设有一 注射针;
一软管, 该软管末端连接有一接头, 该接头为可与一般注射或抽取的注射 器或点滴的插管相接, 且该接头亦可为可与具有螺紋的特殊注射器相螺合 的螺合接头代替;
该滑移件套设于保护套件内, 并固定于滑槽后端及后端略前之处所设的凸 扣间。
2. 按权利要求 1所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该偏移斜角亦可设于保 护套件后端内侧壁面。
3. 按权利要求、 1所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该保护套件上可不设凸 扣, 而滑槽后方亦可不设偏移斜角, 而于该手推部的前端底部设一凸扣, 且该保护套件的外缘前端则设有一凹扣。
4. 按权利要求 1所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该保护套件上可不设凸 扣, 而滑槽后方亦可不设偏移斜角, 而该手推部前缘可设一凸扣, 且该保 护套件的外缘前端则凸设一凸块, 并于该凸块对应手推部前端凸扣的位置 则设有一凹扣。
5. 按权利要求 1所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该保护套件上可不设凸 扣, 而滑槽后方亦可不设偏移斜角, 该手推部后端则设有一凸扣, 且该凸 扣的末端则具有一塞设部, 而保护套件的末端亦设有具凹扣的凸块, 并于 该凹扣的内侧设有一扣抵部。
6. 按权利要求 5述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该滑槽后端可不设凸扣, 且滑槽自后端凸扣后方亦可不设偏移斜角, 而滑移件的后侧设有一个或一 个以上的弹勾。
7. 按权利要求 1所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该滑槽前端及后端略前 的凸扣亦可设置于保护套件的内缘, 而滑槽后端的凸扣则以止回档块代 替。
8. 按权利要求 7所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该止回档块亦可设置为 一个或多个或环绕于保护套件的内缘。
9. 按权利要求 1所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该滑移件亦可由一本体 及一手推部所构成, 本体前端插设有一注射针, 而本体中的中间部位贝 IJ向 内凹设一环形凹槽, 并于该手推部中间开设有一具凸肋的扣孔, 且该凸肋 为包覆于环形凹槽外缘。
10. 按权利要求 1所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中以软管连接于滑移件后 方的接头亦可以一注射针代替, 且该注射针插设于一滑移件的后方, 且该 滑移件上设有一滑块连接一手推部, 再者, 该滑移件套设于一保护套件 内, 该保护套件上开设有一滑槽, 且滑槽接近前端、 后端及后端略前之处 分别设有凸扣, 而该滑槽自后端凸扣后方产生有一偏移斜角, 另外, 该保 护套件前端设置仅可供注射针穿出的环挡部。
11. 按权利要求 10所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该偏移斜角亦可设于保 护套件后端内侧壁面。
12. 按权利要求 10所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该保护套件上可不设凸 • 扣, 而滑槽后方亦可不设偏移斜角, 而于该手推部的前端底部设一凸 ftl , 且该保护套件的外缘前端则设有一凹扣。
13. 按权利要求 10所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该保护套件上可不设凸 扣, 而滑槽后方亦可不设偏移斜角, 而该手推部前缘可设一凸扣, 且该保 护套件的外缘前端则凸设一凸块, 并于该凸块对应手推部前端凸扣的位置 则设有一凹扣。
14. 按权利要求 10所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该保护套件上可不设凸 扣, 而滑槽后方亦可不设偏移斜角, 该手推部后端则设有一凸扣, 且该凸 扣的末端则具有一塞设剖, 而保护套件的末端亦设有具凹扣的凸块, 并于 该凹扣的内侧设有一扣抵部。 ·
15. 按权利要求 14述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该滑槽后端可不设凸 n , 且滑槽自后端凸扣后 亦可不设偏移斜角, 而滑移件的后侧设有一个或一 个以上的弹勾。
16. 按权利要求 10所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该滑槽前端及后端略前 的凸扣亦可设置于保护套件的内缘, 而滑槽后端的凸扣则以止回档块代 替。
17. 按权利要求 10所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该止回档块亦可设置为 一个或多个或环绕于保护套件的内缘。
18. 按权利要求 10所述的一次用安全蝴蝶针结构, 其中该滑移件亦可由一本体 及一手推部所构成, 本体前端插设有一注射针, 而本体中的中间部位则向 内凹设一环形凹槽, 于该手推部中间开设有一具凸肋的扣孔, 且该凸肋 为包覆于环形凹槽外缘。
