The invention relates to an internal combustion engine comprising an engine block (1) provided with a cylinder block (1), suspensions (21) for the engine block, and auxiliary units that can be driven by a belt drive (7) that can be tightened by a belt stretcher (15) by means of a crankshaft (5). Description

Brennkraftmaschine Internal combustion engine
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brennkraftmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bei Brennkraftmaschinen werden üblicherweise Hilfsaggregate wie eine Lichtmaschine oder ein Kompressor einer Klimaanlage am Motorblock befestigt. Abgesehen davon sind Aufhängungen für den Motorblock an diesem vorgesehen, mit denen der Motorblock in einem Fahrzeugrahmen aufgehängt wird. Eine derartige Konstruktion ist jedoch relativ aufwendig und wenig raumsparend. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Brennkraftmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zu schaffen, die konstruktionsmäßig vereinfacht und raumsparend ist. Diese Aufgabe wird entsprechend den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Dadurch, daß bei einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einem einen Zylinderblock aufweisenden Motorblock und Aufhängungen hierfür sowie mit Hilfsaggregaten, die mittels eines durch einen Riemenspanner spannbaren Riementriebs über die Kurbelwelle antreibbar sind, die frontseitige Aufhängung gleichzeitig Halterung für ein Hilfsaggregat ist, wird die frontseitige Aufhängung multifunktional genutzt, wodurch sich zugleich eine kompakte Ausführung ergibt. Zusätzlich kann die frontseitige Aufhängung den Riemenspanner aufnehmen, wodurch die Multifunktionalität und die Kompaktheit erhöht werden. Zugleich kann die frontseitige Aufhängung mit erhöhter Steifigkeit ausgeführt sein. Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand eines in den beigefügten Abbildungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Frontansicht einer Brennkraftmaschine. Fig. 2 zeigt vergrößert im Einzelnen eine frontseitige Aufhängung mit den davon getragenen Teilen. Die dargestellte Brennkraftmaschine umfaßt einen Motorblock 1 mit einem zugleich das Kurbelgehäuse bildenden Zylinderblock 2, auf dem ein (nicht dargestellter) Zylinderkopf und eine Ventilhaube 3 und unter dem eine Ölwanne 4 befestigt sind. Im Zylinderblock 2 ist eine Kurbelwelle 5 gelagert, die frontseitig herausragt u nd einerseits eine von einem Kettenkastendeckel 6 abgedeckte Kettentriebeinrichtung für verschiedene Aggregate wie eine oder zwei Nockenwellen, eine Ölpumpe und eine Einspritzpumpe und andererseits einen außen auf dem Kettenkastendeckel 6 befindlichen Riementrieb 7 für Aggregate, deren Drehung nicht zwingend synchron mit derjenigen der Kurbelwelle 5 zu halten ist, antreibt. Der Riementrieb 7 dient zum Antreiben von Hilfsaggregaten wie eine Lichtmaschine 8, einen Kompressor 9 einer Klimaanlage, einer Lenkhilfepumpe 10 und einer Wasserpumpe. Der Riementrieb 7 umfaßt einen Zahnriemen 11 , der mittels eines Riemenrades 12 von der Kurbelwelle 5, die zugleich einen (nicht dargestellten) Lüfter antreibt, angetrieben wird. Der Zahnriemen 1 1 ist um ein auf der Antriebswelle 13 der Wasserpumpe sitzendes Antriebsrad 14, von dort um mittels eines Riemenspanners 15 verschiebbares Umlenkrad 16 geführt. Anschließend umschlingt der Zahnriemen 11 teilweise ein Antriebsrad 17 der oben angeordneten Lichtmaschine 8 sowie ein Antriebsrad 19 des unten angeordneten Kompressors 9. Zwischen letzterem und dem Riemenrad 12 ist ein Umlenkrad 20 angeordnet, das gegebenenfalls zum Antreiben der Lenkhilfepumpe 10 dienen kann. Der Motorblock 1 besitzt eine Reihe von Aufhängungen zum Aufhängen des Motorblocks 1 in einem Fahrzeugrahmen. Im oberen Bereich des Motorblocks 1 ist frontseitig eine Aufhängung 21 am Zylinderblock mittels Schrauben 22 befestigt und befindet sich auf dem Kettenkastendeckel 6, der gleichzeitig mit der Aufhängung 21 befestigt ist. Die Aufhängung 21 dient einerseits zur Aufnahme des Riemenspanners 12 und der Umlenkrolle 16 und andererseits zur frontseitigen Befestigung der Lichtmaschine 8. Letztere wird ferner rückseitig durch eine rückwärtige Aufhängung 23 aufgenommen. Der Kompressor 9 wird im unteren seitlichen Bereich des Motorblocks 1 durch Aufhängungen 24 gehalten. - Gegebenenfalls kann die Aufhängung 21 auch zur frontseitigen Halterung des Kompressors 9 dienen. Der Riemenspanner 15 ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als mechanischer Riemenspanner in Form einer Stellschraube gezeigt, jedoch kann auch ein Stellzylinder od.dgl. verwendet werden. Gegebenenfalls kann die Aufhängung 21 auch einstückig mit dem Kettenkastendeckel 6 ausgebildet sein.
