Abstract

 (1)修飾塩基(例えば、メチル化シトシン)又は塩基(例えば、シトシン)が露出しているDNA断片混合物を調製する工程、(2)前記DNA断片混合物を、抗修飾塩基(例えば、メチル化シトシン)抗体又は抗塩基(例えば、シトシン)抗体と接触させ、免疫複合体形成DNA断片群と未反応DNA断片群とに分離するか、あるいは、前記抗体に対して高親和性を示すDNA断片群と、前記抗体に対して低親和性を示すDNA断片群とに分離する工程、(3)前記の各DNA断片群に含まれるDNA断片の全部又は一部を同定する工程、及び(4)同定DNA断片とそれぞれハイブリダイズ可能な核酸を基板上に配置する工程を含む、DNA修飾化(例えば、メチル化)分析用DNAアレイの製造方法を開示する。
