Abstract

The invention relates to a device for releasing fragrances and/or deodorizers, wherein the fragrances are provided in the form of fragrance supports that in turn are provided in one container each. The device comprises a fan via which air is taken in via a first flow path and is blown from the device via a second flow path together with the fragrances evaporating from the gel or the liquid. The device is provided with a first stationary and second displaceable shutter in which suitable openings are configured and which are disposed inside the housing above the container in such a manner that an air retaining chamber above the container is opened and/or closed by displacing the second shutter relative to the first shutter. The invention also relates to a container for fragrances and/or deodorizers, which is separated by means of at least one web into at least two areas for receiving different fragrances and/or deodorizers. The container comprises a shutter having at least one recess that corresponds to the areas. Said shutter is disposed relative to the container in such a way that at least one fragrance and/or deodorizer area is opened by displacing the shutter.
