Further, the size of the movable blade part is reduced in comparison with a conventional movable blade part, so that expensive special steel is less used, thus reducing production costs thereof.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une lame de tondeuse avec une pièce métallique sans huile. Cette lame de tondeuse comprend une partie lame fixe (10) supportée par une fixation (15), une partie lame mobile (20) montée sur une partie avant d'un corps de plastique technique (25) et placée sur la partie lame fixe (10), un ressort enroulé (40) destiné à presser la partie lame mobile (20) de sorte que cette partie lame mobile (20) soit en contact étroit avec la partie lame fixe (10) et, une pièce métallique sans huile (50) adaptée dans une dépression d'assise (251) située sur la partie arrière du corps de plastique technique (25) équipée de la pièce métallique sans huile (50), qui coulisse sur la partie lame fixe (10). La pièce métallique sans huile (50) possède une forme cylindrique.
