Abstract

Cette invention concerne un circuit pneumatique d'un dispositif de rechargement céramique d'une maçonnerie réfractaire (revêtement) détériorée de fours n'exigeant pas le refroidissement de ceux-ci. Une pompe de chambre (1) est connectée au moyen d'un commutateur (20) à une source d'air comprimé et achemine de manière uniforme et régulée un mélange réfractaire pour moulage en poudre contenu dans celle-ci au niveau de l'entrée d'une tuyère réfractaire (2) afin qu'il soit mélangé avec de l'oxygène selon un rapport spécifié et qu'il soit introduit dans une zone locale à réparer. Cette invention garantit un fonctionnement fiable et stable à long terme de ce dispositif malgré les activations et désactivations répétées du commutateur d'alimentation en air comprimé en vue du transport du mélange réfractaire pour moulage en poudre. Pour ce faire, le commutateur (20) est couplé à un filtre de décompression de l'air (18) de la cavité de la pompe de chambre et se présente sous la forme d'un distributeur pneumatique biposition à quatre lignes. Le nombre choisi d'entrées et de sorties du distributeur pneumatique garantit automatiquement une décompression préalable de la pompe de chambre dans l'atmosphère lors des commutations, ce qui empêche les trous d'être colmatés par le mélange réfractaire déplacé de la pompe de chambre (1) à travers un aérateur (5) et un stabilisateur de pression (6) d'air d'aération.
