Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 respectively show examples of screens to explain methods for using and downloading the dieting service program of the present invention, wherein Fig. 5a to Fig. 5d show the examples of screens for explaining the method for using the dieting service program, and Fig. 6a to Fig. 6c show the examples of screens for explaining the method for downloading the dieting service program to the mobile communication system. At first, a customer to loose weight manipulates his own mobile communication system 10 to connect the mobile communication network 12, and connect to a dieting service site, for example," www.nate.com" provided by the dieting service server 20 (step SI 00). After that, the customer selects an item having contents on the dieting service programs. According to the selection, a screen as shown in Fig. 5a is displayed to a display screen of the mobile communication system 10 of the customer. The customer selects detailed menu as desired while watching the screen as shown in Fig. 5a (step SI 10). If the customer selects any other detailed menu than "dieting service program download" from the screen of Fig. 5a ("NO" in step S120), the mobile communication system 10 carries out the operations corresponding to the selected detailed menu. For example, if the customer selects "Using method of a dieting service program" from the screen of Fig. 5a, then the display screen of the mobile communication system 10 of the customer is changed to a screen as shown in Fig. 5b. After that, if the customer selects "Usage/Suggestions" from the screen of Fig. 5b, then explanation as shown in Fig. 5c is displayed on the display screen of the mobile communication system 10 of the customer. On the other hand, if the customer selects "Principle and Effects" from the screen as shown in Fig. 5b, then explanation as shown in Fig. 5d is displayed on the display screen of the mobile communication system 10 of the customer. However, if the customer selects "dieting service program download" from the screen of Fig. 5a ("YES" in step S120), then the display screen of the mobile communication system 10 of the customer is changed to a screen as shown in Fig. 6a. If the customer selects "download to my mobile phone" from the screen as shown in Fig. 6a, then the mobile communication system 10 of the customer transmits signals corresponding to this selection to the dieting service server 20 via the WAP server 14 and the WEB server 18. Then the dieting service server 20, which receives the selection signal of "download to my mobile phone", formats a predetermined performance program source, a dieting service music source and image source on the basis of the information stored in the data base 22 (for example, one of Fig. 3a to Fig. 3c). After that, the dietmg service server 20 programs the formatted transmission data with a predetermined low frequency signal in the range of 300Hz ~ 500Hz, for example into GVM format, thereby downloading the program to the mobile communication system 10 (step S140). At this time, the dietmg service server 20 randomly selects the music and image sources. Of course, the customer may select the music and image sources as desired. During the selected dieting service program is downloaded to the mobile communication system 10, a screen as shown in Fig. 6b is displayed to the display screen of the mobile communication system 10 for informing the customer of the download. In the meantime, during the downloading of the selected dieting service program to the mobile communication system 10, the dieting service server 20 bills the customer (step SI 50). As the download of the selected dieting service program is finished, the selected dieting service program downloaded to the mobile communication system 10 is stored to the flash memory (not shown) in the mobile communication system 10 in general(step SI 60). On the other hand, if the customer selects "gift" instead of "download to my mobile phone" from the screen of Fig. 6a, the display screen of the mobile communication system 10 of the customer is changed to a screen as shown in Fig. 6c. After that, if the customer inputs the telephone number of a person to whom the gift is to be sent and desired messages, the selected dieting service program stored in the mobile communication system 10 of the customer is transmitted to the person. Fig. 7 is a flow chart for explaining the procedure for carrying out the dieting service program in the mobile communication system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. First, the customer reads the dieting service program by using the solution of the mobile communication system 10 to perform the dieting service program stored in the mobile communication system 10 (step S200). After that, the customer presses a performance button ("YES" in step S210). Accordingly, the mobile communication system 10 drives the dieting service program by the solution. As the dieting service program is driven, corresponding dieting service music and the low frequency are output via a speaker or an earphone for a predetermined time, for example for about 10 minutes, and corresponding images are displayed to the display screen (step S220). As the predetermined time elapsed("YES" in step S230), the mobile communication system 10 finishes the driven dieting service program (step S240). If the customer selects repetition after that("YES" in step S250), the routine returns to step S220 and the above operations are repeated. If the user selects ending instead of repetition("NO" in step S250), the mobile communication system 10 does not carry out the dieting service program any more. If the dieting service program of the present invention is carried out for about 10 minutes three times a day, a big dieting effect may be exhibited. Especially, the dieting service program of the present invention directly helps to loose weight by increasing Serotonin, which is a particular hormone used as a diet treatment agent, and to reduce Cortisol, which promotes the increase of waist size. Serotonin is a neufrofransmitter existing in the inward hypothalamus and serves as an important controller in the appetite and food selection. If serotonin is increased locally, the appetite becomes decreased and if the serotonin is decreased, the appetite becomes increased. Cortisol is a stress hormone to make the appetite vigorous while reducing energy consumption in the case of frustration caused by stress, thereby decreasing the water regulation in the human body and decreasing the calorie consumption. If the secretion amount of cortisol is increased, activity energy is mobilized as storage energy, increasing the fat in the waist part. In order find out the effects of the dieting program according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention as described hereinabove, clinical demonstration was carried out. Concentrations of cortisol and serotonin in blood were measured by a green cross medical foundation for 10 healthy persons (male 5 persons and female 5 persons respectively, hereinafter to be called as "patient"), who are 26 to 37 years old, and have never administrated medicines or been suffered from diseases possibly influencing to serotonin (supervisor of the clinical demonstration: Kim, Bum-taek, the chief of obesity clinic in Ajou University Medical Center). In the study, after sleeping for more than 8 hours during 48 hours before taking experiments, and after fasting for 8 hours, blood samples were taken from the patients and the patients were exposed to the low frequency of 300Hz and dieting music for 10 minutes. After that, the blood samples were taken from the patients again. As for the statistics, the concentrations of cortisol and serotonin in the blood taken before and after the exposure to the low frequency were compared with each other by Wilcoxon Signed Rank test as the nonparametric analysis. Attention level was set to 0.05. The clinical demonstration according to the above conditions exhibits the results as shown in table 1 in the case of cortisol per patient.
