Description

CONTENEDOR PORTÁTIL DOSIFICADOR DE CÁPSULAS O TABLETAS ESFÉRICAS O SEMI- ESFÉRICAS PORTABLE SPHERICAL OR SEMI-SPHERICAL CAPSULE OR TABLET DISPENSER CONTAINER
CAMPO TÉCNICO DE LA INVENCIÓNTECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNThis invention relates generally to capsule or tablet containers, more particularly to a portable container for containing spherical or semi-spherical capsules or tablets and facilitating the metered arrangement of these. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently products such as sweets, candies, chewing gums, compressed, liquid or dissolvable medications, as well as liquid or dissolvable mouth fresheners, etc. They are marketed in capsules or tablets of circular, spherical or semi-spherical shapes and these in turn are marketed in packages or containers that allow their storage as well as their disposal.
Among the most common forms that we find we have jar-type containers that comprise a container with a generally threaded lid, so that the capsules or tablets are stored in the container and the mouth of the container is covered by the threaded lid. This bottle-type container does not allow dosing its contents, that is, having one capsule or tablet at a time, since it is first necessary to open the lid and tilt the bottle so it is very common for several capsules or tablets to come out of it.
We also find ampoule foil containers that consist of a transparent panel of small individual reservoirs for each capsule or tablet that are covered or capped by a flexible metal foil that is removed or peeled or breaks as a capsule or tablet is removed from his small individual deposit. The problem with this type of container is that its flexible metallic sheet is difficult to detach and it is common for it to be chopped or broken, so as you progress in the arrangement of each capsule or tablet, it is necessary to repeat this process, leaving a series of small transparent panel deposits used that produce a bad appearance and can be unhygienic since they are conducive to storing garbage or dirt.
Another type of capsule or tablet container is the type of credit card with a gate in one of its corners that opens and closes to facilitate the disposition of the capsules or tablets; Also some variants of this type of credit card container have a flexible door that slides internally into the storage compartment, forming a mobile door that allows the disposition of the capsules or tablets through the opening formed by the door. The problem with this type of container is that the opening and design of the gate does not allow dosing of the capsules or tablets, that is, having one capsule or tablet at the same time; so it is very common in this type of container to use both hands because the container allows several capsules or tablets to come out at the same time. Another form of container is the type of box that generally consists of a base and a cover in such a way that the cover acts as a lid and the base as a container for capsules or tablets, where the cover is removed to allow disposing of they. The disadvantage of the box-type packages is that they allow the rest of the capsules or tablets contained in the container to be contaminated by the fact of having the desired capsule or tablet manually, making it unsanitary for certain types of them.
Other variants of capsule or tablet containers provide a mechanism that allows dosing (for example cylindrical containers), but the problem is that these packages have complex mechanisms since they require for example springs to push a base with the capsules or tablets towards the opening of the container in such a way that the capsules or tablets are dosed and mechanical members with movement to allow dosing. Another disadvantage of these types of containers is that the manufacturing cost is relatively high due to the mechanisms used.
Another disadvantage of the current capsule or tablet containers described above is that they are inconspicuous when stored in the pocket, making them ergonomically uncomfortable for the holders of said capsule or tablet containers.
OF THE INVENTION In order to eliminate the disadvantages that current capsule or tablet containers have, the object of the present invention is to provide a portable dosing container for spherical or semi-spherical capsules or tablets of simple and low cost manufacture, It is ergonomic and allows you to have a capsule or tablet at the same time in a hygienic and practical way.
The portable spherical or semi-spherical capsule or tablet dosing container of the present invention exposes one capsule or tablet to the outside by means of a displacement movement between a closed position and an open position of a coupled base and cover each.
The portable dosing container for spherical or semi-spherical capsules or tablets comprises a storage chamber for containing a plurality of capsules or tablets, which in the closed position of the container has the maximum capacity and in the open position is divided into a disposal chamber and in a secondary storage chamber. Along with the storage chamber, a dosing portion houses a capsule or tablet; such that the dosing portion in the closed position of the container is an integral part of the storage chamber and in the open position of the container it is an integral part of the disposal chamber that is exposed to the outside together with a capsule or tablet housed in its inside.

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓNDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Ésta figura 2 también muestra la superficie superior 40 de la cubierta 20 así como su pared 60 limitada por el extremo tope 190.Figure 1 is a perspective of top view, front view and right side view of the portable dosing container for spherical or semi-spherical capsules or tablets in the closed position of its base and cover. In this case, a portable dosing container for spherical or semi-spherical capsules or tablets (hereinafter container 10) comprises two elements; a cover 20 and a base 30 coupled together to form an internal storage chamber 90 (not shown) to contain a plurality of capsules or tablets 70 (not shown). The storage chamber 90 has interior dimensions where the thickness is slightly greater than the thickness of a capsule or tablet 70 in such a way that the storage chamber 90 allows to store a uniform bed of capsules or tablets 70; where the depth or length of the storage chamber 90 depends on the number of capsules or tablets 70 to be contained in the container 10. This figure 1 also shows the upper surface 40 of the cover 20 as well as its peripheral edge in the form of a wall 60, further showing the front wall 50 of the base 30. Figure 2 is a top view perspective, front view and right side view of the portable spherical or semi-spherical capsule or tablet dosing container in the open position of its base and cover showing the dosed spherical or semi-spherical capsule or tablet. In this case the container 10 comprises the cover 20 and the base 30 coupled and displaced from each other at a distance slightly greater than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70; dividing the storage chamber 90 (not shown) into an arrangement chamber 90 'and a secondary storage chamber 90 "(not shown), where the arrangement chamber 90' is exposed together with the dosing portion 210 at the time of opening container 10 (displacing cover 20 and base 30 from each other) and by which a capsule or tablet 70 is exposed This arrangement chamber 90 '(explained in detail later) is delimited by front wall 50 and the stop walls 130, 130 'of the base 30, as well as the gate wall 80 of the cover 20. This figure 2 also shows the upper surface 40 of the cover 20 as well as its wall 60 limited by the stop end 190.
The base 30 has a peripheral edge in the form of a wall 100 (spanning the side portions and the back of the base 30) attached to the stop walls 130, 130 'and to the front wall 50. On the inner surface of the base 30 a guide wall 110 and a metering wall 120 are attached and which as a whole intersect with the wall 100 at the rear of the base 30 and with a stop wall 130; where the length of the dosing wall 120 is slightly greater than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70 and the height of the walls 1 100, 110, 120 and 130, 130 'is slightly greater than the thickness of a capsule or tablet 70. Based on the above, a storage chamber 90 is formed, delimited by the surface of the base 30 and the junction of the wall 100, the stop walls 130, 130 ', the front wall 50, the guide wall 110 and the dosing wall 120 ; implicitly also forming the layout chamber 90 'delimited by a portion of the surface of the base 30 and the junction of the front wall 50, the dosing wall 120 and the stop walls 130, 130', as well as the secondary storage chamber 90 "bounded by a portion of the wall 100, the guide wall 110 and the stop walls 130 and 130 '. On the internal surface of the base 30 a displacement limiting stop 140 is raised near the stop wall 130' and at a distance slightly greater than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70 with respect to the inner face of the front wall 50. The displacement limiting stop 140 serves to delimit the displacement of the base 30 with respect to the cover 20 or vice versa to a slightly greater distance than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70.
Also on each of the longest sides of the base 30 on the external face of the wall 100 there is an assembly and guide groove 150 and a protruding closing edge 160; where the assembly or guide groove 150 extends from the rear end of the base 30 to the stop wall 130 or 130 '.
The function of each of the closing protrusion edges 160 is to engage each of the closing grooves 180 of the base 30 to maintain the closed position of the cover 10.
Alternativamente sobre la superficie externa de la base 30 se encuentra un espacio generalmente rectangular para la colocación de una etiqueta o la impresión de la marca o la información del contenido del contenedor; además que la superficie externa de la base 30 puede ser rugosa para facilitar la operación del contenedor 10 (ver figuras 9A a la 9D).Alternatively on the external surface of the base 30 there is a generally rectangular space for the placement of a label or the printing of the mark or the information of the contents of the container; in addition that the external surface of base 30 can be rough to facilitate the operation of container 10 (see figures 9A to 9D).
In Figure 4, which is a perspective from the bottom view, front view and right side view of the cover of the portable dosing container for spherical or semi-spherical capsules or tablets. The cover 20 has a peripheral edge in the form of a continuous wall 60 (spanning the side portions and the back of the cover 20) which is interrupted by the stop ends 190. A gate wall rises on the inner surface of the cover 20 80; where the length of the gate wall 80 is slightly less than the distance between the point of attachment (between walls 110 and 120) and the inside face of the stop wall 130 '; and the height of the walls 60 and 80 is slightly greater than the height of the wall 100 of the base 30. On each of the longest sides of the cover 20 on the inner face of the wall 60 there is a projecting rail assembly and guide 170 and a closing slot 180; where assembly protrusion rail and guide 170 extends proximate the rear end of cover 20 to the stop end 190 leaving a coupling space 170 'between the rear end of cover 20 to allow easy engagement at the time of assembly with the base 30 (see figures 8A to 8C).
The function of each of the closure grooves 180 is to engage each of the closure protrusion edges 160 of the base 30 to maintain the closed position of the cover 10.
Alternativamente sobre la superficie externa 40 de la cubierta 20 se encuentra un espacio generalmente rectangular para la colocación de una etiqueta o la impresión de la marca o la información del contenido del contenedor; además que la superficie externa 40 de la cubierta 20 puede ser rugosa para facilitar la operación del contenedor 10 (ver figuras 9A a la 9D).Alternatively on the external surface 40 of the cover 20 there is a generally rectangular space for the placement of a label or the printing of the mark or the information of the contents of the container; further that the external surface 40 of the cover 20 can be rough to facilitate the operation of the container 10 (see Figures 9A to 9D).
Now in figure 5 a top sectional view is shown along the line V-V of figure 1 of the portable dosing container for spherical or semi-spherical capsules or tablets of said figure. In this figure 5 the cover 20 and the base 30 are shown in the closed position where the gate wall 80 of the cover 20 is close to the front wall 50 of the base 30 so that the storage chamber 90 is at its maximum capacity, that is, the layout chamber 90 'is reduced to a minimum.
The guide wall 110 generally inclined towards the dosing portion 210 causes the capsules or tablets 70 to slide due to the effect of gravity towards the disposition chamber 90 '(reduced to a minimum) particularly towards said dosing portion 210. Under this configuration the capsules or tablets 70 show their top view in a circle, with one capsule or tablet 70 housed in the dosing portion 210 and the rest of the capsules or tablets 70 housed in the storage chamber 90. The dosing portion 210 is formed by the wall 120, stop wall 130, a front wall portion 50 and projecting wall 200 such that the width and length dimensions of the dosing portion 210 are slightly greater than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70.
In this closed position of the container 10, the gate wall 80 of the cover 20 is housed in the assembly of the projecting wall 200 and the front wall 50 of the base 30; as well as each of the stop walls 130 and 130 'of the base 30 coincide with each of the stop ends 190 of the cover 20. Turning now to Figure 6 which shows a top sectional view along line VI-VI 'of Figure 2 of the portable spherical or semi-spherical capsule or tablet dosing container of said figure. In this figure 6 the cover 20 and the base 30 are shown in the open position where the gate wall 80 of the cover 20 is close to the stop walls 130 and 130 ', to the wall 120 and to the limitation stop of the displacement 140 of the base 30; whereby the storage chamber 90 is divided into an arrangement chamber 90 'and a secondary storage chamber 90 ", that is, the storage chamber 90 is at its minimum capacity.
In other words, the gate wall 80 of the cover 20 is displaced at a distance slightly greater than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70 with respect to the inner face of the front wall 50 of the base 30 (or the maximum displacement distance allowing the limit stop of the movement 140 of the base 30), in such a way that the gate wall 80 displaces the capsules or tablets 70 towards the interior of the secondary storage chamber 90 "keeping them in that location, since it closes the space between the junction of the walls 110 and 120, the inner face of the abutment wall 130 'and the contour of the internal surfaces of the cover 20 and the base 30.
The guide wall 110 generally inclined towards the dosing portion 210 causes the capsules or tablets 70 to slide due to the effect of gravity towards the gate wall 80. Under this configuration, the capsules or tablets 70 show their upper view in the form of a circle, remaining a capsule or tablet 70 housed in the dosing portion 210 in the disposition chamber 90 'and the rest of the capsules or tablets 70 housed in the secondary storage chamber 90'. The dosing portion 210 is formed by the wall 120, the wall stop 130, a front wall portion 50 and protruding wall 200 such such that the width and length dimensions of the dosing portion 210 are slightly greater than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70.
In this open position of container 10, each of the stop walls 130 and 130 'of the base 30 are separated (at a distance slightly greater than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70) from their respective stop end 190 of the cover 20 .
The dotted lines in Figure 6 are part of the cover 20 showing the phantom portion of the surface of the cover 20 that does not appear due to the effect of the cut.
Now in figures 7A to 7C front sectional views are shown along the line VII-Vir of figure 1 of the portable spherical or semi-spherical capsule or tablet dosing container of said figure; showing some types of frontal views of the capsules or tablets contained in said container, as well as the coupling between the base and its cover. In each of the figures the assembly between cover 20 and base 30 is shown, where each of the assembly and guide protruding rails 170 of cover 20 is coupled with its corresponding assembly groove and guide 150 of base 30 structurally holding the cover 20 and the base 30 allowing the movement of each other to move.
In figure 7A the container 10 is shown with the front view of the bed of the spherical capsules or tablets 70; while in figure 7B the front view of capsules or tablets 70 is shown in a semi-spherical shape and in figure 7C the front view of capsules or tablets 70 of flat circular shape; the height of the storage chamber 90 and the dosing portion 210 being slightly greater than the thickness of a capsule or tablet 70. Figures 8A through 8C show side views of the base and cover assembly of the portable spherical or semi-spherical capsule or tablet dosing container. In Figure 8A it is shown that the cover 20 (tilts from the perspective of the position of the base 30) and is positioned at the rear end of the base 30 such that each coupling space 170 '(shown in figure 4) of the cover 20 allows the rear end portion of the base 30 to enter the portion of the cover 20 delimited by each coupling space 170 'as shown in Figure 8B.
At this time, force is exerted on cover 20 and base 30 (as shown in FIG. 8C) so that each of the protruding assembly and guide rails 170 of cover 20 engage with their corresponding groove of assembly and guide 150 of the base 30 as well as each of the closing grooves 180 of the cover 20 are respectively coupled to their corresponding protruding closing edge 160 of the base 30.
Said coupling between the cover 20 and the base 30 maintains the container 10 structurally rigid allowing a movement movement between the cover 20 and the base 30, the base 30 and the cover 20 moving relatively between a closed position and an open position (whose distance displacement is slightly greater than the diameter of a capsule or tablet 70). Now changing to Figures 9A to 9D which show perspective views showing the manner of use and operation of the portable spherical or semi-spherical capsule or tablet dosing container. In this example of use and operation, in figure 9A the container 10 is held with one hand so that due to the force of gravity the plurality of capsules or tablets 70 contained in the storage chamber 90 (not shown) slide towards the gate wall 80 and towards the dosing portion 210 due to the inclination of the guide wall 110 (not shown); a capsule or tablet 70 being accommodated in the dosing portion 210 (not shown).
Por último de acuerdo a la figura 9D se procede a hace girar al contenedorAt this time, as shown in Figure 9C, with the help of the fingers resting on the external surfaces (which may alternatively be rough) of the cover 20 and the base 30, proceed to move them from each other to the limit distance allowed by the stop. displacement limiting 140 (not shown), so that the capsule or tablet 70 housed in the dosing portion 210 is exposed together with the disposition chamber 90 'and the dosing portion 210 and the rest of the capsules or tablets 70 are displaced to the secondary storage chamber 90 ". Finally, according to figure 9D, the container is rotated
10 en su eje longitudinal permitiendo que la cápsula o tableta 70 caiga directamente a la boca o pudiendo ser tomada con otra mano.10 on its longitudinal axis allowing the capsule or tablet 70 to fall directly into the mouth or to be taken with another hand.
Alternatively as an intermediate process to the step shown in Figure 9A the container 10 can be tilted slightly as shown in Figure 9B, in the event that the wall 100 of the base 30 does not have a positive angle of inclination.
