Abstract

The invention relates to ecology and energy engineering and is embodied in the form of an efficient method for energy producing without discharging carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The aim of said invention is to make it possible to recycling carbon dioxide with producing energy in the form of hydrogen. The recycling of greenhouse gases without discharging carbon dioxide in the atmosphere by using nuclear reactor energy is carried out by converting water steam and gaseous hydrocarbon into hydrogen and carbon dioxide. The inventive method consists in saturating biomass spore-containing water with carbon dioxide, afterwards repeatedly increasing it by solar energy action and in simultaneously cooling said working agent by means of a heat pump, thereby ensuring the vital functions of said biomass and in transforming it into organic fertilisers and methane which interacts with the energy accumulated by the heat pump. Said energy is converted into steam heated in the nuclear reactor to a temperature required for carrying out conversion and for additional hydrogen production by reaction.
