Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Beschichtung eines metallischen Bauteils mit einer Korrosionsschutzschicht. Hierbei wird ein metallisches Formwerkzeug (7) mindestens teilweise mit einem konzentrierten Formtrennmittel (15) besprüht. Das Bauteil wird in dem metallischen Formwerkzeug (7) geformt. Während des Erstarrens des Bauteils brennt das konzentrierte Formtrennmittel in die Oberfläche des Bauteils ein und bildet somit die Korrosionsschutzschicht. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Formtrennmittel (15) vor dem Aufsprühen auf das Formwerkzeug auf eine Temperatur zwischen 40 °C und 99 °C aufgeheizt wird.
