Abstract

A fully mobile, individually worn, chest-mounted camera (also other objects) support apparatus incorporating a telescopically column raised tripod head, Fig. 1 (12) mounted to an articulated dual plate structure secured to the body with a shoulder harness, Fig. 2 (18, 21, 22). The apparatus features (see Fig. 1, 2, 3) a tripod upper assembly mounted to a moveable outer plate like structure (2). The outer plate (2) is connected to an ergonomically body fitting chest plate (1) with a pair of dual-pivoting hinges (7) attached near the lower edges of both plates, and with a pair of telescopic lockable arms (8) mounted to L brackets (9) at the tops of the two plates (1, 2); thereby allowing for angular adjustments of the outer plate (2) relative to the chest plate (1). The outer plate (2) can also be slide upward via the two dual-pivoting hinges, (7) which attach to and slide on guide tracts, and the outer plate (2) can be locked in place in an upward position with the use of a lock-knob fixed to a separate center tract.
