Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture comprenant un bec et un couvercle. Le couvercle est intégré au bec et connecté à celui-ci au moyen d'une bande allongée. La bande est adaptée pour effectuer un mouvement de rotation par rapport au bec autour d'une première articulation, et adaptée pour effectuer un mouvement de rotation par rapport au couvercle autour d'une seconde articulation. La première et la seconde articulation sont mutuellement espacées et s'étendent de manière transversale sur la longueur de la bande. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de fermeture destiné à être utilisé avec un récipient, le dispositif de fermeture comprenant une première partie et une seconde partie. La seconde partie est amovible par rapport à la première partie, d'une position fermée à une position ouverte, afin de permettre l'accès au contenu du récipient. Une des deux parties comprend un cran et l'autre une saillie avec laquelle peut venir en contact le cran lorsque la seconde partie se trouve dans la position fermée, de manière à retenir la second partie dans la position fermée. Une des deux parties comprend, de plus, un moyen pouvant être rompu qui, lorsqu'il l'est, est adapté pour venir en contact avec le cran ou la saillie sur l'autre partie, et déplacer le cran ou la saillie hors de la structure de contact précédente, permettant ainsi de déplacer la seconde partie sur la position ouverte.
