Abstract

The invention relates to novel proteins of APRIL variants that modulate the biological activity as compared to naturally occurring APRIL or BAFF and nucleic acids encoding these proteins. The invention further relates to the use of the novel proteins in the treatment of BAFF or APRIL-related disorders.
