Abstract

A spray device comprising a bottle, defining a cavity and a fluid collection well within said cavity, said well forming a fluid collection area; a pump, comprising a dip tube having an open end; and liquid in said cavity; wherein said pump is positioned within said bottle such that said open end of said dip tube is positioned within said well in intimate association with said fluid collection area and in contact with liquid media in said collection area during actuation of said pump until said liquid media is substantially completely removed from said cavity, and methods of manufacture and use thereof.
