Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hilfesystem. Das Hilfesystem umfasst einer erste Hilfeeinrichtung (2), die vorzugsweise als Teil einer Applikation auf einer Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (3) installiert ist, wobei die erste Hilfeeinrichtung (2) einem Benutzer auf Grundlage von vom Benutzer definierten Kontextdaten, insbesondere auf Grundlage von Suchbegriffen, Hilfedaten bereitstellt, die in der ersten Hilfeeinrichtung (2) und damit auf der Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung gespeichert sind.Erfindungsgemäß ist eine zweite Hilfeeinrichtung (5) vorhanden, auf welche die Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (3) vorzugsweise über das Internet derart zugreift, dass die vom Benutzer im Zusammenhang mit der ersten Hilfeeinrichtung (2) definierten Kontextdaten automatisch in der zweiten Hilfeeinrichtung als Kontextdaten übernommen werden, wobei die zweite Hilfeeinrichtung (5) dem Benutzer aufgrund dieser Kontextdaten zusätzliche Hilfedaten bereitstellt, die in der zweiten Hilfeeinrichtung (5) gespeichert sind.
