Abstract

The invention relates to a drawn polymer film comprising (A) a polymer or a polymer blend, and at least (B) one additional component which has an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 15µm and is processed in (C) one or several aftertreatment steps following drawing so as to form a membrane. The average particle diameter of component (B) ranges between 0.002 and 15µm. The inventive membranes are used in alkene-alkane separation, electrodialysis, sea water desalination, fuel cell applications, and other membrane applications.
