Description

MASK BASED ON THE USE OF SILVER
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to the Mask based on the Use of Silver. In more detail, supplementary material for ventilation that includes silver property between mask's outer cover and endodermis is intervened to protect user from all types of germs found in hospitals .
Description of the Prior Art:
Generally, mask shall basically facilitate breathing. At the same time, it shall retain filtering effect to prevent infiltration of dust and germs. In general, cotton fabrics of pure cotton yarn shall be sewn by overlapping with outer cover and endodermis. On both sides, a band that can be hung on the ears shall be configured. Patients who may be contaminated with germs or who may contaminate others, or workers at workplaces where dust results in abundance use mask frequently. These days, it is used for the prevention of dust at high precision area. However, regular mask require some space between holes to enable breathing, and germs are very small as in the case of virus depending on the type of germ. Therefore, even when mask is worn, it is always possible for germs to infiltrate the body of the user through the space between holes. In particular, air at places such as hospitals is full of all types of germs that are not visible with naked eyes. If and when contaminated by these germs, illnesses can be aggravated. Thus, a more sanitary and safe mask is needed for hospitals compared to regular mask.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Supplementary material for ventilation that includes silver property shall be intervened between mask's outer cover and endodermis to protect user against all types of germs found in hospitals. As for supplementary material for ventilation that includes silver property, it is possible to configure it with silver fabric that is mixed weaved with silver yarn and cotton yarn, or with the matter that is made with silver attached onto it in the shape of a point onto textile that enables effective ventilation. If and when user breathes while wearing the above mentioned mask, all germs that spread in the air may be destroyed according to the reason of silver property during the process of passing through the mask. Accordingly, user's health can be protected safely. Moreover, Colloidal Silver is discharged from the silver, and health shall be enhanced merely by wearing the mask in accordance to the present invention.

The prevent invention was invented after taking the above mentioned problems into consideration. Textile that includes silver property between endodermis and outer cover that comprise mask's main body or silver fabric are intervened and configured into one to destroy germs and to enable user to breathe in only the clean air. Accordingly, the present invention pertains to the provision of Mask based on the Use of Silver that enhances health of user.
Configuration and Reaction of the Invention
Hereafter, the present invention shall be detailed out according to the recommended actual example.
As shown on Figure 1 and Figure 2, Mask based on the Use of Silver in accordance to the present invention is sewn by overlapping outer cover (11) made of cotton fabrics and endodermis (12) . And a band (13) is fixed on both sides so that it can be hung on the ears. When it pertains to this type of mask (10) , supplementary material for ventilation that includes silver property is intervened between outer cover (11) and endodermis (12) to form into one. Supplementary material for ventilation that includes silver property can be configured with silver fabric (20) that is weaved with silver yarn (21) and cotton yarn (22). Ventilation is facilitated by forming numerous ventilation holes (23) onto silver fabric (20) or by cutting silver fabric (20) long to attach onto straight type or lattice type.
At the above mentioned moment, silver yarn (21) that applies onto the present invention shall be configured by sewing into thin width after vacuum plating silver onto polyethylene type of film. When the above mentioned type of silver yarn (21) is weaved together, endurance and flexibility decrease. Thus, silver fabric (20) shall be made by weaving cotton yarn (22) and silver yarn (21) together.
Accordingly, it is possible to make Mask based on the Use of Silver with ease when the above mentioned silver fabric (20) that is between the outer cover (11) that comprises the mask (10) and endodermis (12) is cut into appropriate size for intervention and sewn for completion. Mask (1) of the above mentioned structure is made up of one more additional layer compared to regular mask. Therefore, in order to ensure effective air ventilation, numerous ventilation holes (23) are formed into silver fabric (20) , intervened between outer cover and endodermis or silver fabric (20) itself is cut into appropriate width to attach onto separate textile (24) that is of straight type or lattice type to enable effective ventilation, and this can be intervened between outer cover (11) and endodermis (12) . Of course, silver fabric (20), cut into appropriate width, maybe finished off by attaching at the inner side of the outer cover (11) or endodermis (12) in the form of straight type or lattice type without attaching and then sewing onto textile (24) that is characterized by effective ventilation.
The following explains the reaction of Mask based on the Use of Silver in accordance to the present invention that is configured as mentioned above.
From the ancient times, people used silver (Ag) in its solid form to make silver spoon and chopstick to check toxicity of food if any or to neutralize toxicity. According to Dongeuibogam' s Compendium of Materia Medica, when silver is kept in the body, then the five organs of the body is appeased, and mental state becomes stable, and malignant energy is driven always, which in turn makes the body lighter and elongated life span.
In the modern age as the science and technology advance, the medicinal effect of silver is being proven scientifically. Silver is proven to destroy all germs (approximately 650 types) in relatively short period of time, and the electric load of Colloidal Silver that is discharged by silver curtails procreation of germs in the air, vitalize user's cells, and prevents all types of illnesses.
An actual example is that the FDA of the US recognized the sale of silver as antibiotic. In NASA, silver is adopted as water purification system.
The purpose of the present invention is providing a more sanitary and safer mask (10) by leveraging silver's effect of medicine on human body. When user breathes at a state when the mask (10) in accordance to the present invention is worn, then the air must pass through the silver fabric (20) that is intervened between outer cover (11) and endodermis (12) of mask (10) . During this process, all germs are destroyed by the silver property of silver fabric (20) , which purifies the air inhaled by user. In other words, mask (10) has the effect of filter large sized germs or dust. However, in the case of small sized germs, they can pass through the holes situated between mask (10), which could exert negative influence on the user. Meanwhile, mask (1) that is mentioned above can destroy even small sized germs during the process of passing through silver fabric (20) due to its silver property. Accordingly, then user breathes while wearing the mask (1) in accordance to the present invention, then the user can be safeguarded against germs. Another supplementary effect is the vitalization of human by the Colloidal Silver that results from silver.
Accordingly, Mask based on the Use of Silver in accordance to the present invention (10) can be used in any place as needed. In particular, the above mentioned is most effective when used at hospitals where germs are spread out in abundance in the air.
Figure 3 shall be the other example pertaining to the present invention. When silver fabric (20) is not used with supplementary material for ventilation that includes silver property, and when silver is melted instead, textile (20) where silver is attached in the shape of a point on the entire surface is intervened between outer cover (11) and endodermis (12) of mask
(10) after dropping onto textile (24) with effective ventilation in the shape of a point. The above mentioned reaction and effect is the same as the actual example of the present invention. Of course, melted silver does not need to be attached onto separate textile (24) with effective ventilation. Instead, it can be attached onto the inner side of the outer cover (11) or endodermis (12), after which outer cover (11) and endodermis (12) can be configured by sewing. Among the figures, Figure 25 that is not explained show point shaped silver.
