Abstract

Cette invention concerne le nettoyage des gaz de combustion résiduaires de leurs déchets, présents dans les émissions industrielles et de ventilation, et peut être utilisée notamment dans les industries chimique et mécanique. Cette invention vise à réduire la consommation d'énergie utilisée lors de l'oxydation profonde de déchets d'hydrocarbures présentant une faible concentration dans le volume des gaz purifiés, à accroître l'efficacité de la neutralisation des déchets gazeux, à réduire la résistance hydraulique, à accroître l'aptitude au traitement et à élargir le domaine d'utilisation du réacteur lorsque les gaz purifiés contiennent des impuretés d'hydrocarbures présentant différentes compositions de phase. Le réacteur de cette invention comprend : un corps pourvu de tubulures et de raccords de traitement servant à l'admission de la tension ; des conduits de catalyseurs comportant des tubulures servant à l'admission et à l'évacuation d'un caloporteur (réfrigérant) ; des cloisons de catalyseurs se présentant sous la forme d'ensembles de plaques adjacentes, sur leur longueur, à la surface interne du conduit et orientées, sur leur hauteur, vers la partie centrale du conduit ; des déflecteurs ; un tube axial ; ainsi que des émetteurs infrarouges.
