Abstract

Der Ausguss-Verschluss (1) für Flüssigkeitspackungen (2) besteht aus einem Ausgussstutzen (9) mit radial auskragendem unteren Rand (12) und einem Gewindedeckel (11). Der Gewindedeckel (11) weist einen grösseren Durchmesser als der Ausgussstutzen (9) auf, und zwischen dem Ausgussstutzen (9) und der Gewindedeckel (11) ist ein elastisch deformierbares Ringelement (10) angeordnet. Dessen Ringfläche (13) verläuft schiefwinklig zur Ringebene, wobei der innere Ringrand (14) in eine nach unten ragende Auskragung (15) übergeht, die auf den Ausgussstutzen (9) stülpbar ist. Der äussere Ringrand (16) geht in eine nach oben ragende Auskragung (30) über, die mit einem Aussengewinde (26) zum Aufschrauben des Verschlussdeckels (11) ausgestattet ist. Das Ringelement (10) kann unter elastischer Deformation in zwei stabile Zustände springen, nämlich zunächst einmal in den Zustand mit vom inneren (14) zum äusseren Ringrand (16) abfallender Ringfläche (13). In diesem Zustand ist der Ausguss-Verschluss (1) zusammengestaucht und weniger als 5mm hoch. Im anderen Zustand mit ansteigender Ringfläche (13) ist der Ausguss-Verschluss (1) etwa dreimal höher und erlaubt ein sicheres Ausgiessen der Flüssigkeit über den ca. 11mm vom Ausguss-Stutzen (9) entfernten, 5mm hohen Bördelrand (6) der Flüssigkeitspackung (2).
