Abstract

Eine härtbare Mischung, die mindestens ein Hydrolyseprodukt eines Organosilans der allgemeinen Formel R1aR2bSiX(4-a-b) oder eines davon abgeleiteten Oligomeren enthält, wobei R1 für einen nicht hydrolysierbaren Rest, R2 für einen eine funktionelle Gruppe tragenden, nicht hydrolysierbaren Rest und X für gleiche oder verschiedene Reste steht, die ausgewählt sind aus der Hydroxylgruppe und hydrolysierbaren Substitutionsprodukten einer Hydroxylgruppe, und wobei a einen Wert von 0 oder 1, b einen Wert von 0 bis 3 und a und b zusammen den Wert 1, 2 oder 3 haben, mit der Massgabe, dass mindestens einer der Substituenten R2 eine Epoxygruppe als funktionelle Gruppe aufweist, sowie mindestens ein blockiertes Polyisocyanat. Die Erfindung umfasst auch Mischungen, die Pigmente und/oder Füllstoffe enthalten, das Verfahren zur Herstellung von vernetzten Massen durch Umsetzung der Hydrolyseprodukte, nämlich modifizierter Polysiloxane, mit den blockierten Polyisocyanaten sowie damit hergestellte Überzüge und Formkörper.
