Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de détection d'une substance toxique au moyen d'un procédé biologique. Plus exactement, un composé toxique dans un échantillon pour essai est détecté par la transformation de cellules au moyen d'un vecteur contenant un polynucléotide, un polynucléotide codant une protéine de marquage étant ligaturé au promoteur d'un gène de levure spécifique. Le procédé consiste aussi à mettre l'échantillon pour essai en contact avec les cellules transformées puis à détecter l'expression d'ARN messager codant la protéine de marquage.
