Abstract

Speziell in der PLC-Technologie werden Verstärker benötigt, die im gesamten Aussteuerbereich von sogenannten OFDM-Signa-len einen hinreichenden Wirkungsgrad haben. Gemäß der Erfindung wird der erforderliche Dynamikbereich in mindestens zwei Teilbereiche aufgeteilt, zwischen denen im Grenzbereich 'weich' umgeschaltet werden. Dafür sind bei der Vorrichtung alternativ beispielsweise zwei sich ablösende Endstufen (10, 20) oder eine Endstufe, die sich ablösend an zwei Versorgungsspannungen angeschaltet wird, vorhanden.
