Description

A POT CLEANER
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a scrubber, and more particularly to a scrubber in which a pair of main scrubbers and an auxiliary scrubber are formed radially so that its surface area is wide to make it easy to wash cups, spoons, etc.
Background of the Invention A scrubber is a kitchen utensil used mainly for washing tableware in the kitchen, and a nonmetallic product is usually formed in a flat shape as illustrated in Fig. 1. Such a nonmetallic scrubber 1 is made of various materials such as synthetic sponge of which one side or both sides are attached with nonwoven fabric whose surface is coarse and has a high frictional force, or a sponge which is built in a gauze-form scrubber housing, or just nonwoven fabric itself. Although the nonmetallic product is composed of one of various materials as described above, its shape is usually flat and plane as described above. The scrubber 1 formed as described above is easy to make and convenient to wash flat dishes or bowls with. But washing the inside of a cup or teacup, or a bottle is difficult because user need to put in his/her hand to wash a cup or teacup and the mouth of a bottle is too small. Another problem is that user' s finger joints tend to be overstrained when use it long time because user have to plat body the scrubber 1 with the end parts of user' s fingers.
Moreover, to wash spoons or chopsticks using the scrubber 1 formed as above, user fold the scrubber 1 and put a spoon or chopsticks in between. Frequent folding of the scrubber 1 will shorten its life, and dropping the scrubber will often soil the clothes of the person doing the washing.
Disclosure of the Invention The present invention is contrived to solve the above problems, and it is an object to provide a scrubber in which a pair of main scrubbers and an auxiliary scrubber are formed radially so as to wash cups, spoons, etc. easily.
The present invention for achieving the above object is characterized by comprising a pair of main scrubbers in which a plurality of through holes pass through the upper and lower planes lengthwise in the center and arranged in layers in the direction of thickness; an auxiliary scrubber which is formed thinner than the main scrubber and inserted between a pair of main scrubbers, and a plurality of through holes are formed corresponding to the through holes of the main scrubber; and coupling brackets which are composed of a male bracket and a female bracket and inserted into through holes from both outer sides of the main scrubber to combine each other so that the lateral ends of the main scrubber and the auxiliary scrubber are completely fixed to be arranged radially.
Brief Description of the Drawings The above objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a scrubber of prior art.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the scrubber of the present invention.

Fig. 5 is an exemplary view showing the washing state of the inside of a cup with the scrubber of the present invention. Fig. 6 is another exemplary view showing the washing state of chopsticks with the scrubber of the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings . Figs . 2 and 3 are an exploded perspective view and an assembled perspective view of a scrubber in accordance with the present invention, showing the composition of the present invention . As shown in the drawings , the scrubber of the present invention consists of a pair of main scrubbers 10 and an auxiliary scrubber
20 inserted between them, and a pair of coupling brackets 30 . Its composition in detail is as follows .
First, the main scrubbers 10 are made in a flat and plane form like a scrubber in public domain. Lengthwise in the center a plurality of through holes 1 1 are formed passing through the upper and lower planes. The main scrubbers 10 formed like this makes a pair, and as shown in Fig. 2, are arranged in layers in the direction of thickness. Here, the main scrubbers 10 may use sponge or coarse nonwoven fabric to be formed in one unit. But for the purposes of good washability as well as convenient use, it is preferable to form an artificial sponge layer composed of nonwoven fabrics on one side or both sides of the sponge.
Next, the auxiliary scrubber 20 is made thinner than the main scrubbers 10 and are inserted between the pair of main scrubbers, and lengthwise in the center another plurality of through holes 21 are formed corresponding to the through holes 11 of the main scrubbers 10. Here, the auxiliary scrubber 20 can be made also of various materials like the main scrubbers 10. Finally, the coupling brackets 30 are composed of a male bracket 31 and a female bracket 35 as shown in Fig. 2. On one side of a plat body 32 of the male bracket 31 that is formed thin and long are formed in protrusion in one direction a plurality of coupling protrusions 33 to be inserted into the through holes 11 and 21 ; and on one side of a plat body 36 of the female bracket 35 that is formed in the same direction as the plat body 32 of the male bracket 31 are formed in protrusion a plurality of coupling recessed protrusions 37 to receive and fix the coupling protrusions 33. Here at the end of the coupling recessed protrusion 37 is formed concavely toward the inside a coupling recess 38 to receive and fix the coupling protrusion 33.
The male bracket 31 and the female bracket 35 formed in this manner are arranged on the outer side of the pair of main scrubbers 10 with the coupling protrusion 33 facing the coupling recessed protrusion 37 as shown in Fig. 2, and then are joined together while inserted into the through holes 11 and 21 as shown in Fig. 4, so that the pair of main scrubbers 10 and the lateral end of the auxiliary scrubber 20 are fixed while arranged in a radial form as shown in Fig. 3. Namely, as shown in Fig. 4, when the coupling protrusion 33 and the coupling recessed protrusion 37 are joined together, the center of the pair of main scrubbers 10 and of the auxiliary scrubber 10 is pressed by the plat bodys 32 and 36, so that both ends of the pair of main scrubbers 10 are fixed while burst open naturally in a radial form as shown in Fig. 3. Thus, the scrubber 100 of the present invention having a radial cross-section as shown in Fig. 3 is completed.
Meanwhile, once the male bracket 31 and the female bracket 35 are fixed, it is not necessary to separate the coupling brackets 30. So it is preferable to form in a completely fixed structure. For this purpose, in the coupling recess 38 of the coupling protrusion 33 and coupling recessed protrusion 37 are formed, as shown in Fig. 4, an enlarged portion 34 and a hooked portion 39 on the outer side and the inner side, respectively. Therefore, once the male bracket 31 and the female bracket 35 are coupled, the enlarged portion 34 is caught completely into the hooked portion 39 to prevent the separate of the coupling state.
In the scrubber 100 of the present invention formed as above, since the main scrubbers 10 and auxiliary scrubber 20 are fixed while arranged in a radial form as shown in Fig. 3, the surface area available for washing is wide, so user can wash using many of the surfaces. Namely, when washing the inside of a cup 40, a teacup or a water pail, stand the scrubber 100 of the present invention on end as illustrated in Fig. 5, and put it into the inside and rotate it or make it move like a piston. Then, since the washing is done with the outer side and end of the main scrubbers 10 and the auxiliary scrubber 20 in close contact with the inside and the bottom of the cup 40, user can wash easily and quickly without putting in his/her hand. When you wash the edge of a bowl or when wash thin or long kitchen utensils like a spoon or chopsticks, user put the spoon or the chopsticks 41 lengthwise in between the radially arranged main scrubbers 10 and auxiliary scrubber 20 or between the main scrubbers 10, as shown in Fig. 6, and just grab the scrubber 100 of the present invention and push it back and forth, so you can do the washing very conveniently. Also, in the scrubber 100 of the present invention, the coupling bracket 30 functions like a handle, which can be held easily, so even a long-time washing will not overstrain user' s finger joints. And the surface area containing detergent is wide but only a part of it is used during washing according to the use, so it is very economical without unnecessary waste of detergent.
Industrial Applicability As clarified by the above description, the scrubber 100 of the present invention makes it possible to wash the inside of a cup 40, a teacup or a water bottle without putting in the hand and wash easily also long kitchen utensils like a spoon or chopsticks, so it has an effect of making washing very convenient. Furthermore, the coupling brackets 30 of the present invention function as a handle, so it is easy to hold it and use it for a long time without overstraining the finger joints during washing. And an economical effect is that the use of detergent can be reduced because the surface area containing detergent is wide but washing is possible with only a part of it.
