Abstract

L'invention relève de la métallurgie et notamment d'un dispositif de traitement thermique et de transport hydraulique des laminés longs. Le dispositif comprend une buse, un tuyau de guidage, une chambre de refroidissement avec un entonnoir d'admission dont la cavité est reliée par une conduite de guidage avec un élément de coupure muni d'un ajutage conique. Il se distingue en ce que l'élément de coupure se présente comme un ajutage de coupure en forme de coupe comportant au centre une saillie conique qui rentre dans l'entonnoir évasé de la chambre de refroidissement de manière à former une tuyère en fente annulaire entre la surface de l'entonnoir évasé de sortie et la surface externe de la saillie conique de l'ajutage de coupure; ces éléments communiquent par un système d'orifices de distribution, disposés sur la périphérie du corps de la chambre de refroidissement, avec la cavité de la chambre de refroidissement faite à son entrée. L'invention permet d'augmenter les capacités de coupure de la chambre de refroidissement et de réduire en même temps sa longueur.
