Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de tannage des cuirs faisant appel à des agents de tannage dans un bain de tannage, qui est caractérisé en ce que le bain de tannage, outre les cuirs, comprend une laccase dérivée de Myceliophthora et, comme agent de tannage, un composé aromatique et, éventuellement, d'autres composés capables de réagir avec les peaux et/ou le composé aromatique, et qui est caractérisé en ce qu'un agent oxydant est introduit dans le bain de tannage équilibré. L'invention permet d'augmenter considérablement le degré de fixation par rapport aux procédés de l'état antérieur de la technique.
