Abstract

The invention concerns a device left in garments for obtaining identical folding dimensions to provide homogeneous and aesthetic stacks having on their front part garments folded with perfect round-off. It consists of a base body (1) forming two plates (2) and (3), articulated in (8) and (9) about a half-cylinder (4) inserted in the groove (12). The garment is folded by folding down its panels one by one on the plates (2) and (3) and then the plate (2) on the plate stop (3). The inventive device is particularly designed to fold garments for storing them in identical and aesthetic stacks on shop shelves.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour plier les chemises, les tee-shirts, les débardeurs, les polos et autres vêtements plus spécialement de haut de corps, qui reste incorporé dans les vêtements pour permettre : de réaliser facilement et rapidement des piles de vêtements parfaitement régulières, homogènes et stables, de manipuler ces vêtements (pour retirer n'importe quel vêtement de la pile ou le remettre) aisément sans risque et crainte de les désorganiser, et d'obtenir une présentation très esthétique grâce à l'arrondi parfait du pliage apparaissant de façon répétitive en partie f ontale des piles. Sur les étagères des magasins d'habillement, les vêtements sont traditionnellement présentés, empilés les uns sur les autres sans dimensions de pliage rigoureuses, avec un phénomène d'écrasement rendant l'aspect de la pile peu présentable, phénomène renforcé par la surépaisseur du col dans le cas des chemises et des polos, provoquant un déséquilibre de plus en plus accentué au fur et à mesure que la pile s'agrandit. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique, une plaque rectangulaire mince, formant le corps de base du dispositif, présentant dans sa largeur et quasiment en son milieu, une partie délimitée par deux lignes parallèles, obtenues par compression linéaire par exemple, et ayant la forme d'une gouttière. Celle-ci est destinée à recevoir un renfort d'articulation arrondi. Ce renfort d'articulation arrondi aux dimensions de la gouttière contribuera d'une part à la rigidité du dispositif et d'autre part à former l'arrondi parfait du pliage du vêtement qui est présenté en partie frontale des piles. Ce dispositif, formé ainsi par deux plaques articulées autour du renfort d'articulation arrondi, présente, une fois déployé, une face plane tournée vers l'utilisateur et une face avec le relief de la gouttière, qui sera posée sur le vêtement à plier. La plaque orientée vers l'encolure du vêtement sera dite « plaque supérieure » et celle orientée vers le bas du vêtement sera dite « plaque inférieure ». Au moins une butée est placée sur la plaque inférieure côté utilisateur, et un orifice est réalisé dans la plaque supérieure.
