Abstract

The present invention relates to the identification of a novel Rho-GTPase activating protein (GAP) which interacts with CIP4 and plays a role in modulating processes involving the eukaryotic cell cytoskeleton. Nucleic acids, polypeptides, homologues, antibodies, and assay and other related methods are provided.
