Abstract

Un procédé industriel connu de décoration d'objets au moyen d'un film présentant un dessin représenté par des encres spéciales, transférées par sublimation sur l'objet à décorer, présente un inconvénient lié à la création de l'adhérence parfaite du support encreur à l'objet à décorer. Cette adhésion est fixée au moyen de systèmes créant le vide ou par l'utilisation de films plastiques spéciaux présentant une certaine élasticité mais dont les coûts sont trop élevés pour une utilisation industrielle pour des objets requérant des coûts de production bas. L'utilisation de la technologie du vide présente des coûts industriels bas mais nécessite des opérations manuelles consistant à étirer parfaitement le film encreur sur l'objet à décorer, de manière que le dessin ne se chevauche pas, ces opérations ralentissement le procédé de production. L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant d'éliminer ces opérations manuelles et, par conséquent, d'obtenir des avantages évidents aux niveaux économique et productif.
