Abstract

A compact and efficient rotary pressure swing adsorption (PSA) apparatus with laminated sheet adsorber is used to supply enriched oxygen and/or nitrogen streams to an internal combustion engine, allowing for reduced noxious emissions and enhanced engine performance.
