Abstract
Ein Rotor nach dem Stand der Technik muss jeweils individuell für eine elektrische Maschine hergestellt werden. Ein erfindungsgemässer Rotor (1) besteht aus Modulen (7, 8, 9) des gleichen Bauteiltyps, womit mit einem Bauteiltyp verschiedene Rotoren (1) hergestellt verden können.

Rotor für eine elektrische Maschine
Stand der Technik
Es ist bekannt, für elektrische Maschinen einen Rotor zu verwenden, der einen Trägerkörper aufweist, auf dem mehrere Magnete angeordnet sind. Durch einen solchen Aufbau des Rotors kommt es in Verbindung mit einem genuteten Stator zu einem Rastmoment und kann je nach Grosse, z.B. im Bereich eines drive-by-wire-system, Störungen hervorrufen.
Aus der US-PS 5,365,137 ist bekannt, einen Rotor aus drei Modulen aufzubauen. Der Rotor weist jedoch keinen Magnet auf und der Rotor ist nicht innerhalb eines Stators angeordnet.
Die US-PS 5,936,325 und die US-PS 5,481,147 zeigen einen elektrischen Motor, bei dem der Rotor aus Modulen aufgebaut ist und die Module auf der Rotorwelle gegeneinander um einen bestimmten Winkel verdreht sind. Die Rotoren weisen keine Magnete auf. Die Verdrehung der Module ist dabei aufgrund der Funktionsweise der Reluktanzmaschine notwendig, nicht aber um ein Nutrastmoment zu verringern.
Vorteile der Erfindung
Der erfindungsgemäße Rotor mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 hat demgegenüber den Vorteil, daß auf einfache Art und Weise die Herstellung und/oder die
Verringerung des Rastmoments einer elektrischen Maschine mit dem Rotor verbessert sind.
Wenn der Rotor aus Modulen eines Typs aufgebaut ist, lassen sich damit Rotoren verschiedener axialer Baulängen zusammenbauen. Für die Herstellung von verschiedenen
Rotoren werden nur noch Module eines Typs benötigt und nicht mehr eine Anzahl von verschiedenen Rotoren.
Durch die in den abhängigen Ansprüchen aufgeführten Maßnahmen sind vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen und
Verbesserungen des im Anspruch 1 genannten Rotors möglich.
Für die Reduzierung eines Nutrastmoments ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Module um einen bestimmten Drehwinkel in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander verdreht sind.
Für eine optimale Reduzierung des Nutrastmoments ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Drehwinkel der Verdrehung der Module gegeneinander abhängig ist von einer Polzahl, einer Zahnform, einer Breite der Magneten, einer Luftspaltlänge, einer Nutzahngeometrie des Stators usw..
Für einen Trägerkörper des Rotors verwendet man vorteilhafter Weise Elektroblech.
Es ist vorteilhaft, wenn zwischen den Magneten auf der Umfangsflache des Trägerkörpers kein oder magnetisch nicht bzw. schlecht leitfähiges Material vorhanden ist.

Mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung vereinfacht dargestellt und in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert.

Figur 1 einen erfindungsgemäßen Rotor, Figur 2a einen weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Rotor, und
Figur 2b einen Teilausschnitt eines erfindungsgemässen Rotors gemäss Figur 2a in einem radialen Querschnitt.
Beschreibung der Ausführungsbeispiele
Figur 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Rotor 1, der unter anderem aus einer Rotorwelle 5, einem ersten Modul 7, einem zweiten Modul 8 und einem dritten Modul 9 besteht. Es kann auch ein Modul weniger oder noch mehr Module vorhanden sein. Die Module 7, 8, 9 liegen hier dicht aneinander, können aber auch beabstandet voneinander sein.
Jedes Modul 7, 8 ,9 besteht aus einem Trägerkörper 12 und zumindest einem Magneten 15, bspw. ein Permanentmagnet, der auf einer Umfangsflache des Trägerkörpers 12 angeordnet ist. Durch die modulare Bauweise können mit nur einem Bauteil, einem Modul 7, 8, 9 verschiedene Rotoren 1 zusammengebaut werden.
Der Trägerkörper 12 ist mit der Rotorwelle 5 fest verbunden und besteht vorzugsweise aus Elektroblech. Ein solcher Rotor 1 kann für eine sich drehende elektrische Maschine, d.h. einen elektrischen Motor oder einen elektrischen Generator, verwendet werden.
Eine solche elektrische Maschine hat auch einen Stator 18 mit zumindest einem Statorzahn 22, auf dem zumindest eine
Spule 26 (Fig. 2b) angeordnet ist. Die axiale Länge des Statorzahns 22 entspricht ungefähr der axialen Länge der vorhandenen Module 7, 8, 9. Sie kann aber auch axial über- oder unterstehen.
Figur 2a zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Rotors 1. Auch hier besteht der Rotor 1 aus mehreren Modulen 7, 8, 9, die jedoch um einen bestimmten Drehwinkel (Fig. 2b) gegeneinander verdreht sind.
Durch die Verdrehung der Module 7, 8, 9 untereinander wird ein Nutrastmoment einer elektrischen Maschine, bestehend aus dem Stator 18 und dem erfindungsgemäßen Rotor 1, verringert. Die bisher praktizierten Maßnahmen, wie z.B. der Einsatz von geschrägten Magneten, schräg aufmagnetisierten Ringmagneten, Statoren mit gegeneinander verdrehten Blechlamellen sind in der Herstellung aufwendig, teuer und zudem fehleranfällig. Weiterhin besteht der Vorteil dieser modularen Bauweise des erfindungsgemäßen Rotors 1 darin, daß Rotoren 1 mit großen Baulängen fertigungstechnisch leichter herzustellen sind.
Dies führt auch zu einer Reduzierung der Herstellungskosten. Zwischen den Magneten 15 ist ein Zwischenraum 24 vorhanden, der bspw. kein Material aufweist oder mit schlecht bzw. nicht magnetisch leitenden Material aufgefüllt ist, so dass ein magnetischer Flussverlust durch die Magneten 15 umgebendes Material minimiert ist.
Die Magnete 15 sind auf dem Trägerkörper 12 aufgeklebt oder durch Befestigungsmittel, wie sie aus der Anmeldung DE 100 09 151.2-12 bekannt sind, befestigt. Eine weitere Möglichkeit zur Befestigung der Magnete 15 besteht durch die Verwendung eines Rohrs aus einem magnetisch nicht leitenden Material, das beispielsweise durch 'Schrumpfpassung oder mittels einem Bajonettverschluß auf den Magneten 15 angeordnet ist und diese auf dem Trägerkörper 12 befestigt.
Figur 2b zeigt einen Teilausschnitt eines erfindungsgemäßen Rotors 1 gemäß Figur 2a im radialen Querschnitt. Der Rotor 1 hat beispielsweise sechs Magnete 15, die sechs Rotorpole 20 bilden, und der Stator 18 hat beispielsweise neun
Statorzähne 22. Jede andere Kombination von einer Anzahl von Rotorpolen 20 und Statorzähnen 22 ist möglich. Die einzelnen Module 7, 8, 9 sind jeweils um einen Winkel α in Umfangsrichtung verschoben. Der Statorzahn 22 deckt bspw. mit seiner dem Magneten 15 gegenüberliegenden Fläche nur den Magneten 15 eines Moduls 7 ab. Die Magneten 15 der anderen Module 8, 9 werden dabei nur zum Teil von dem Statorzahn 22 abgedeckt.
Die Fläche des Statorzahns 22, u.a. gegeben durch eine Breite des Statorzahns 22, die den Magneten 15 gegenüberliegt, kann auch kleiner oder grösser als eine Fläche oder Breite des Magneten 15.
Claims
1. Rotor für eine elektrische Maschine, zumindest bestehend aus einer Rotorwelle, und zumindest einem Trägerkörper, wobei auf dem zumindest einen Trägerkörper zumindest ein Magnet angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Rotor (1) aus zumindest zwei Modulen aufgebaut ist, wobei jedes Modul (7, 8, 9) zumindest aus einem
Trägerkörper (12) und zumindest einem Magneten (15) besteht.
2. Rotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Module (7, 8, 9) um die Rotorwelle (5) um einen Drehwinkel (α) gegeneinander verdreht sind.
3. Rotor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Drehwinkel (α) abhängig ist von einer Nutzahngeometrie des Stators (18) .
4. Rotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Trägerkörper (12) aus Elektroblech besteht.
5. Rotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen den Magneten (15) ein Zwischenraum (24) vorhanden ist, der aus magnetisch nicht oder schlecht leitendem Material besteht.
6. Rotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Rotor (1) sechs Rotorpole (20) und der Stator neun Statorzähne (22) aufweist.
7. Rotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Statorzahn (22) nur einen Magneten (15) eines Moduls (7, 8, 9) in ümfangsrichtung vollständig überdecken kann.
8. Rotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Trägerkörper (12) aus massiven Eisen besteht.
9. Rotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine axiale Länge eines Statorzahns (22) ungefähr einer axialen Länge der vorhandenen Module (7, 8, 9) entspricht.
10. Rotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Magnet (15) ein Permanentmagnet ist.
