Abstract

This invention relates generally to biomolecule, especially nucleic acid, transfer and analysis. In particular, the present invention provides a method for controllably transferring multiple types or combinations of biomolecules from one biological host to another biological host whereby a sufficient amount of a unique type or combination of the biomolecules is transferred from one biological host to another biological host. Kits for such controlled biomolecules transfer are also provided. Methods and kits for assessing effects of RNA in a host cell using the present biomolecule-transfer techniques are further provided.
