Abstract

Méthode d'identification d'un agent modulant l'interaction entre une kinase liée à l'intégrine (ILK) et la préséniline-1 (PS1), caractérisée (a) en ce qu'on met en oeuvre, comme premier composant, ILK ou un variant fonctionnel de celui-ci ; (b) on met en oeuvre, comme second composant, PS1 ou un variant fonctionnel de celui-ci ; (c) on met en contact le premier et le second composants en présence d'un agent d'essai dans des conditions qui, en l'absence de cet agent d'essai, permettraient aux deux composants de réagir mutuellement ; et (d) en ce qu'on détermine si l'agent d'essai est capable de moduler l'interaction entre le premier et le second composants, de façon à déterminer si l'agent d'essai est un modulateur de l'interaction entre ILK et PSI. Un tel agent peut être utilisé dans le traitement de conditions associées à une apoptose ou à la maladie d'Alzheimer.
