Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'étude du vieillissement de la peau consistant à provoquer l'apoptose de cultures de cellules humaines par suppression de facteurs de croissance, de nutriments et/ou de vitamines, et par détermination consécutive du nombre de cellules (niveau d'apoptose).
