Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer, für einen Wellenlängenbereich mit der minimalen Wellenlänge μM antireflektierenden Oberflächenstruktur, mit einer Trägerschicht, auf der eine lichtempfindliche Materialschicht aufgebracht wird, die mit wenigstens zwei, zueinander kohärenten Wellenfeldern mit einer Wellenlänge μB zum Erhalt eines stochastisch verteilten Interferenzfeldes belichtet wird, wodurch sich während der Belichtung oder nach der Belichtung vermittels gezielter Materialabtragung die Oberflächenstruktur gebildet wird. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die, auf die lichtempfindliche Materialschicht gerichteten, miteinander interferrierenden, kohärenten Wellenfelder einen Winkel α einschließen, für den gilt: α > 2 arcsin(μB/(2*μM)).
