Definitions
- the present invention relates to a speaker having a helmet as a component, and a helmet having a speaker function.
- the bone conduction speaker 32 attached to the end of the headband 31 is brought into contact with the crown or temple through the headband 31 and the helmet 33 is mounted from above. ( Figure 6).
- this method is not preferable in terms of safety because a hard material force such as a speed force is present around the head to be protected, and it is pressed against the inner surface of the helmet.
- a hard material force such as a speed force is present around the head to be protected, and it is pressed against the inner surface of the helmet.
- the opening is narrow and covered with a pad, it is practically difficult to put on the bone conduction speaker 32 attached to the head while holding it in a predetermined position. It is.
- earphone-type speakers that enter the ear cavity are not suitable for wearing a helmet, and the ears are always closed, which hinders the listening of external sounds and may cause a danger prediction. In addition to hindrance, it causes a problem of safety impairment due to loss of sense of balance.
- Still another method is to use the side of the helmet 34 A headphone with a clip 35 attached to the lower edge is used (Fig. 7).
- the speaker 36 In these headphones, the speaker 36 must be placed in the immediate vicinity of the ear, so a helmet that covers the entire ear or a full-face helmet that covers the entire head, which is generally used in auto biking, etc. Cannot be used for
- the present invention can be used without processing the inside of a helmet or attaching parts, and can be used without being directly attached to the head, so that the wearability is significantly improved, and furthermore, it can be used safely and easily. It is an object to provide a speaker having a helmet as a component and a helmet having a speaker function. Disclosure of the invention
- the present invention provides a speaker having a helmet as a constituent element, wherein a helmet cap is used as a diaphragm, and a vibrating element attached to an outer surface of the cap, whereby the cap vibrates.

- FIG. 5 is a view showing still another method of attaching the drive unit to the helmet according to the present invention.
- FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a conventional technique.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram showing another configuration example of the conventional technique.
- BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- FIG. 1 shows a speaker and a helmet according to the present invention, and a drive unit 2 is attached to an outer surface of a cap 1 of the helmet, for example, an outer surface near an ear-corresponding portion.
- the mounting position of the drive unit 2 is not limited to the outer side surface, but may be any position on the helmet cap 1, and may be inside as long as safety by mounting can be guaranteed.
- a magnetic circuit of electrodynamic type such as a cone type, a dome type, and a horn type
- a bone conduction speaker can also be used.
- a bone conduction speaker When a bone conduction speaker is used, its vibrating surface is brought into close contact with the outer surface of the cap 1.
- Reference numeral 3 denotes a lead wire coming out of the drive unit 2, and is connected to a connector for connection to a radio device or the like.
- the vibration of the drive unit 2 is transmitted directly to the cap 1 and the cap 1 vibrates. That is, the cap 1 functions as a diaphragm of the speaker, and the sound is transmitted to the user by resonance and reflection in the cap 1.
- helmets have a spherical shape to protect the head against impact from any direction. For this reason, the sound wave generated by vibrating the cap 1 is converged toward the center, which can be an efficient speeding force. Conversely, outwardly, radiation is radiated in all directions, dispersing the energy and reducing sound leakage.
- FIG. 2 uses a bone conduction speaker as the drive unit 2, and is attached so that its vibration surface is in close contact with the outer surface of the cap 1.
- the microphone 4 is attached to the drive unit 2 to enable transmission and reception, and a telephone or the like is connected to enable simultaneous two-way communication.
- FIG. 3 to 5 show an example of a method of attaching the driving unit 2 to the cap 1.
- the example shown in FIG. 3 is a curved surface of a plate 5 or a helmet made of a soft material or a flexible material.
- the plate 5 formed according to the shape is adhered to the outer surface of the cap body 1 with double-sided adhesive tape, an adhesive, etc.
- a rubber strap 6 fixed to the plate 5 and having a locking ring 7 attached to the other end is held down so that the vibration generating surface is in close contact with the plate 5.
- the locking ring 7 is hooked on a hook 8 provided on the plate 5.
- FIG. 3 is a curved surface of a plate 5 or a helmet made of a soft material or a flexible material.
- the plate 5 formed according to the shape is adhered to the outer surface of the cap body 1 with double-sided adhesive tape, an adhesive, etc.
- a rubber strap 6 fixed to the plate 5 and having a locking ring 7 attached to the other end is held down so that the vibration generating surface
- a hook 8 and a clip 9 are provided on a plate 5 similar to the above case, and one of a pair of retaining rings 10 provided on a side surface of the drive unit 2 is hooked on the hook 8.
- the clip is used to hold the other retaining ring 10 with the clip 9.
- the above-mentioned hook-shaped end of a metal or plastic belt 11 having hook-like ends at both ends is hooked on the lower opening edge of the cap body 1 so as to form a belt.
- the drive unit 2 is attached to one or both of the insides of the belt 1 and the unit 1 is pressed against the side of the cap 1 by the spring force of the belt 11. is there.
- a microphone can be provided in parallel as in the embodiment shown in FIG. Industrial applicability
- the present invention is as described above.
- the loudspeaker according to the present invention can be mounted without any modification which affects the safety of the helmet, and the speaker can be installed inside the helmet. It can be configured without any attachments, and has sufficient industrial applicability.
