Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Fluidleiterplatte (20, 62), die auf ihrer einen Leiterplattenseite Ein- und Austrittsöffnungen (19) für fließfähige Medien aufweist, wobei mindestens eine dieser Öffnungen ein Verbindugnselement (18, 56) zur Halterung von Fluidbauelementen(21, 43) an der Fluidleiterplatte aufweist.Um das Verbindungselement (18, 56) auf einfache Art und Weise zu erzeugen, wird es aus mindestens einer Schicht (11, 53) aus einem strahlungsempfindlichen Material unter Herauslösen verbindungselementfremder Teile der Schicht gebildet. Ebenso betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Anordnung mit einer Fluidleiterplatte (62) und mit mindestens einem an einem Verbindungselement (56) gehalterten Fluidbauelement (43) sowie die durch diese Verfahren hergestellten Fluidleiterplatten und Anordnungen.
