BEST MODE FOR CARRYING THE INVENTION
Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a spouting apparatus 100 according to the present invention comprises a body 30 which is sealed to a pouch-type receptacle 20, an pipe member 40 installed within the body 30 so as to slide against the body 30, a cap 50 which is coupled with the body 30, and a sealing member 60 capable of sealing a discharging route 31 of the body 30. The body 30 comprises a sealing portion 33 adhered to the receptacle 20, the discharging route 31 formed in the substantially center of the body 30, a discharge hole 35 provided on the lower end of the body 30 so as to communicate with the discharging route 31, and a stopper 37 provided on the upper end of the discharging route 31. Here, the pouch-type receptacle 20 is made of synthetic resin, and has a closed receiving space for containing the fluids such as a beverage or edible oil or shampoo. It is preferable that the sealing portion 33 has a substantially ellipse cross-section so as to be installed at the top edge of the receptacle 20 by adhesive (not shown) . A plurality of sealing protrusions 39 is formed at the outer periphery of the sealing portion 33 in order to increase the sealing property and the adhesive strength. A positioning projection 32 formed at the upper end of the sealing portion 33 so as to be positioned at the receptacle 20 accurately.
The discharging route 31 and the discharge hole 35 are formed through the body 30 so as to discharge the fluids within the receptacle 20. The inner periphery of the discharging route 31 has a diameter slightly more than the diameter of the discharge hole 35. An inclined guide part 34 in the form of a funnel is provided between the discharging route 31 and the discharge hole 35. The guide part 34 can guide the sealing rod 41 as will be explained in detail hereinafter. Therefore, the sealing rod 41 may be easily inserted into the discharge hole 35. The stopper 37 is integrally formed with the upper end of the body 30 and protruded toward the center of the discharging route 31 so as to prevent the pipe member 40 separating from the body 30. The pipe member 40 integrally installed at the sealing rod 41 explained in detail above, and provided with a hooking portion 43, a drain hole 45, and hollow pipe body 47.
The hooking portion 43 formed on a predetermined outer position of the pipe body 47 to be limited by the stopper 37, and to be contacted to the inner wall of the discharging route 31. The drain hole 45 is to drain the fluid flowed from the receptacle 20 through the pipe body 47. It is preferable that the drain hole 45 is formed at the contacting area where the pipe body 47 and the sealing rod 41 are contacted.
The sealing rod 41 can form a predetermined path between the outer periphery and the inner periphery of the discharging route 31 and can alternatively open and close the discharge hole 35. The sharp part 49 is provided in the one end of the sealing rod 41 toward the discharge hole 35. The sharp part 49 may have various shapes if it can tear the sealing member 60.
The cap 50 protects the spouting apparatus 100 by alternatively coupling in the outer periphery of the coupling part 36 of the body 30, the cap 50 has a coupling groove 51 to be coupled with a coupling projection 38 formed on the inner periphery thereof. The coupling projection 38 and the coupling groove 36 are differently located each other.
The sealing member 60 includes a thin sealing foil 61 such as an aluminum material to be adhered to the surrounding portion of the discharge hole 35 by an adhesive
(not shown) to cover the discharge hole 35 and capable of being perforated by the sharp part 49 of the sealing rod 41.
An operation of the spouting apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described as follows.
As shown in FIG. 4, in the pouch-type receptacle 20 as a finished product filled with fluids such as a beverage or edible oil or shampoo, the sealing foil 61 is adhered to the body 30 around the discharge hole 35, the cap 50 is assembled to the periphery of the body 30. In addition, the hooking portion 43 of the pipe member 40 is to be limited by the stopper 37. Since the sealing rod 41 is not inserted into the discharge hole 35, the outer periphery of the sealing rod 41, the inner wall of the discharging route 31 and the inner space of the pipe body 47 have a flow path.
In order to discharge the contents contained within the pouch-type receptacle 20, as shown in FIG. 5, the user separates the cap 50 from the body 30, and pushes the pipe member 40 toward the receptacle 20. And then, as the pipe member 40 is compressed, the sealing rod 41 is guided by the guide part 34, the sealing rod 41 inserted to the discharge hole 35 smoothly according to the pressure applied by the user. If the user further oppresses the pipe member 40, the sharp part 49 of the sealing rod 41 can penetrate the sealing foil 61. In this state, even if the sealing foil 61 is torn by the sharp part 49 of the sealing rod 41, the contents contained in the receptacle 20 cannot be drawn through the discharge hole 35, since the outer periphery of the sealing rod 41 is tightly contacted with the discharge hole 35.
As shown in FIG. 5, if the user pulls upwardly the pipe member 40, then the sealing rod 41 is separated from the discharge hole 35. Thus, the discharging route 31 is communicated with the receptacle 20, discharge hole 35, respectively. Therefore, the user can discharge the contents out of the receptacle 20 through the end of the pipe body 47 in the direction of arrow A in FIG.6. Further, if the user pushes the pipe member 40 downwardly, as shown in FIG. 5, it prevents the contents of the receptacle 10 from flowing out from the receptacle 20, since the sealing rod 41 tightly closes the discharge hole 35. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a spouting apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 7, in the case of a spouting apparatus according to a present embodiment of the present invention, a sealing member 63 can be distinguished from the above embodiment by the structure of the seal. Namely, the sealing member 63 comprises a rupture portion 67, which has a rupture groove 65 in the form of a cross or arc on its center, is integrally formed in the body 30'. The rupture portion 67 can be easily ruptured by the sharp part 49 of the sealing rod 41. Therefore, since the structure of the rupture portion 67 is adopted, the maker can alleviate the process of adherence. Thus, it has an advantage that it expands the simplicity and efficiency of the constructing process.
FIG. 8 is a separated perspective view schematically illustrating another apparatus for spouting of pouch-type receptacle according to another preferable embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals denote similar members having similar functions of FIGS. 3 and 4.
Referring to FIG. 8, a spouting apparatus 101 according to the present invention comprises a sealing member 80 which has a sealing foil 76 adhered to the one end of a pipe body 74 is made of thin foil material such as aluminum foil so that the contents dose not flow out from the receptacle 20 during the handling of the receptacle 20. In addition, a protruded sill 84 is formed on the upper end of the pipe body 74 such that the user can pull and push the pipe member 80. Furthermore, on the outer circumferential surface of a coupling part 82 and the inner circumferential surface of a cap 78, respective threads are provided so that the cap 78 can be screwed on the coupling part 82.
The apparatus for spouting of pouch-type receptacle according to the present invention has the following effects . Since the sealing rod can close or open the discharge hole through the alternating motion of the pipe member, the user can use the receptacle with ease without abrupt flowing out of the contents from the receptacle.
