Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant le chargement /déchargement et le nettoyage alternés de tubes et de tuyaux, comprenant un organe flexible (20-22) destiné à ajuster les diverses longueurs et formes des tubes/tuyaux (7, 8), cet organe étant équipé de têtes de lavage (3-6) et de dispositifs de fixation (3'-6') attachés à celui-ci, et ces dispositifs étant placés par paires et pouvant se régler au dimensions de différents raccords de tube/tuyaux. Le processus de nettoyage est effectué de façon alternée entre une première (3, 4) et une seconde (5, 6) paire de têtes de nettoyage, et enfin, par ailleurs, entre la première tête de nettoyage (3) de la première paire (3, 4) et la seconde tête de nettoyage (6) de la seconde paire (5, 6) et entre la seconde tête de nettoyage (4) de la première paire (3, 4) et la première tête de nettoyage (5) de la seconde paire (5, 6). Toutes ces têtes de nettoyage sont couplées ensemble avec une même unité physique, sur laquelle des programmes individuels peuvent être installés pour des circuits de nettoyage respectifs.
