Description
Stuhl mit einer ein höhenverstellbares Lordosenteil aufweisenden RückenlehneChair with a backrest with a height-adjustable lumbar part
The invention relates to a chair with a height-adjustable lumbar part having a padded backrest, in which the lumbar part is arranged between an upholstery and a plate-shaped cushion support and is supported on the front thereof and through at least two mutually separate parallel vertical guide grooves with one from the rear of the Backrest accessible handle is connected.
Such a chair is specified in DE 42 27 246 A1. This known lumbar support is arranged between an upholstery and a support plate and is connected by means of a spring plate which is guided downwards to an adjustment handle which projects through a slot in a support bracket on the back of the support plate. The bracket has a double U-shaped cross section with two inner and outer side legs. There is a guide groove in each of the inner side legs, in which the lumbar support is pivotably mounted via a horizontal pivot pin.
At the front of the bracket, a locking structure is provided with which a locking portion of the handle cooperates to fix the lordosis part to a desired height.
The section of the spring plate is relatively long, so that difficulties can arise when guiding the lumbar support. The adjustment mechanism is also relatively complex.
The invention has for its object to provide a chair of the type mentioned, which has a simple structure of the lumbar adjustment part and thereby ensures good manageability.
This object is achieved with the features of claim 1. According to this, it is provided that the guide grooves are formed in the cushion support and are separated from one another by a guide web, and that a locking structure is provided on the front, the rear and / or on the sides of the guide web facing the guide grooves, with which a locking section of the lordosis part and / or the handle cooperates to fix the lordosis part at a desired height. The parallel guide grooves provide clear guidance, with the guide web offering easy attachment and locking options. The production of the guide elements and locking structure is simple, for example in a molding process.
The handle does not interfere with the outside, if it is provided that the handle is plate-shaped and is aligned essentially parallel to the cushion support and is displaceable. It also contributes to good leadership.
It is favorable for the operator that the handle has a gripping section projecting towards the rear.
A stable structure, which results in a favorable accommodation of the lumbar support with the adjustment mechanism, is that a rear plate-like carrier is attached to the back of the cushion carrier, and that the handle is arranged between the cushion carrier and the carrier and is accessible via a recess in the carrier ,
Es zeigen:A simple, inexpensive production is supported by the fact that the lordosis part is formed in a lordosis field at the same time as the upholstery carrier and is held with injection webs and then broken out and further processed. The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawings. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Rückenlehne in teilweise Explosionsdarstellung,1 is a backrest in a partially exploded view,
Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt der Rückenlehne,2 shows a longitudinal section of the backrest,
Fig. 3 einen rückseitigen Träger der Rückenlehne undFig. 3 shows a back carrier of the backrest and
Fig. 4 einen Polsterträger der Rückenlehne.Fig. 4 is a cushion support of the backrest.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic exploded view of a backrest 1 of a chair. The backrest essentially consists of a padding 4, a plate-shaped cushion carrier 3 and a rear carrier 2 arranged on the rear, which e.g. can be screwed or riveted to the cushion support 3. The cushion carrier 3 and the rear carrier 2 are formed, for example, from plastic and suitably adapted to the contour of the back, as is known per se.
Between the cushion carrier 3 and the padding 4 to be applied thereon, a lumbar part 5 is arranged such that it can be adjusted in height, as can also be seen in FIG. 2. The lordosis part 5 is convexly curved towards the front and, for example, also made of plastic. In the present case, there is a special feature that the lordosis part 5 is molded into the cushion carrier 3 during the manufacturing process and into a lordosis field 3.1 is held in the cushion carrier 3 by means of injection webs 3.1 1 and can easily be broken out of this for further processing, as can be seen in FIG. 4.
Between the cushion carrier 3 and the rear carrier 2, the lordosis part 5 is opposite and a plate-shaped handle 5.1 is arranged so that it can slide downward. The handle 5.1 is connected to the lordosis part 5, for example by means of screws or similar fastening elements, through two vertical parallel guide grooves in the form of slot-like openings in the cushion support 3, a guide web 3.2 being present between the guide grooves 3.3, which provides a holder and clear guidance for the lordosis part 5 with the handle 5.1 attached to it. Provided in the lordosis part 5 in the region of the guide web 3.2 is a locking element 5.2 which is directed inwards towards the cushion carrier 3 and which interacts with a rib-shaped or similar locking structure 3.22 formed in the guide web 3.2. As a result of the spring action of the locking element 5.2, the lordosis part 5 is held at a selected setting height and can easily be moved out of this by means of the handle 5.1. The resilient, preferably molded locking element 5.2 contributes to the stable guidance of the lordosis part 5 by the support on the guide web 3.2. In addition, on either side of the guide web 3.2 or on the vertical edges of the guide grooves 3.3 facing away from the handle 5.1 or the lumbar element 5, elements 5.3 projecting into the guide grooves 3.3 can be provided with vertical sliding edges adapted to the edges of the guide grooves 3.3. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 3, the rear support 2 is provided in its lower region with a portal-shaped or similar cutout 2.1, which in the present case is open at the bottom, via which the plate-shaped handle 5.1 can be operated from the rear of the backrest 1. For easy operation, the handle 5.1 has a gripping section 5.1 provided with corrugations 5.1 2 or the like in order to simplify the displacement of the handle 5.1 with the lordosis part 5. The handle 5.1 does not apply to the outside, but on the other hand its function is easily recognizable.
To fasten the upholstery, it can be fastened with simple tacking elements in the circumferential area on the back of the upholstery carrier 3 in the area of a circumferential fastening strip 3.4.
