Abstract

L'invention concerne un véhicule transformable (VT) qui fait partie des aérodynes pouvant également être utilisés comme moyens de transport au sol (sur eau). Le véhicule de l'invention possède des demi-ailes pliables le long du corps, un châssis avec des roues motrices et directionnelles, une hélice et un empennage. Un moteur assure l'entraînement de l'hélice et des roues. Le centre de gravité du VT est situé dans la zone de centrage de vol et dans celle assurant les caractéristiques d'adhérence et la stabilité du VT lorsqu'il repose sur son châssis. En phase d'envol, le pilote augmente l'angle d'attaque de l'aile, ce qui permet au VT de décoller. Sur un plan d'eau, on utilise des ailes hydrodynamiques escamotables. L'avantage de VT est de pouvoir être transformé très rapidement d'un véhicule en un autre; de plus, chaque variante du véhicule est suffisamment évoluée, au sol comme en l'air.
