Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection électrochimique d'événements d'hybridation d'acide nucléique oligomère spécifiques d'une séquence. A cet effet on se sert de brins simples d'ADN/ARN/APN, qui sont liés, par une extrémité, à une surface conductive et, rattachés, à l'autre extrémité, libre, à une unité catalytiquement oxydo-réductrice, comme matrice d'hybridation (sonde). Par traitement avec la solution d'oligonucléotides (cible) à analyser, une partie des oligonucléotides à simple brin sont hybridés, ce qui a pour résultat d'accroître la communication électrique entre la surface conductive et l'unité catalytiquement oxydo-réductrice, communication qui initialement n'existait pas ou n'était que faible. Ainsi on peut procéder à la détection d'un événement d'hybridation selon un procédé électrochimique tel que la voltamétrie, l'ampérométrie, la potentiométrie ou la conductométrie.
