Abstract

Process for cultivating microorganisms and/or fermentation by microorganisms, wherein the process is carried out in a stirred vessel, at inorganic salt concentrations of 5-20% (wt), wherein the microorganisms are immobilised on a polymer carrier material, preferably a cross-linked polymer material.
