Abstract

The invention relates to methods for determining the proliferation activity of cells by analyzing the concentration and/or the sub-cellular localization of the APC protein in samples and optionally, also determining the functionality of the APC protein. The invention also relates to antibodies, nucleic acids and kits for carrying out the inventive methods.
