Beschreibung der AusführungsbeispieleDescription of the embodiments
Ein Scheibenwischer 10 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Wischarm 12 und einem Wischblatt 18 mit einem Tragbügelsystem 14 und gegebenenfalls einem Spoiler 16. In Fig. 1 ist ein Wischbereich 52 des Scheibenwischers 10 zwischen gestrichelten Linien 54, 56 dargestellt, der im wesentlichen auch mit dem Sichtbereich des Fahrers übereinstimmt. Wenn sich also der Wischarm 12 und das Wischblatt 18 mit dem Tragbügelsystem 14 und dem Spoiler 16 im Wischbereich 52 befinden ist die Sicht des Fahrers bei bekannten Scheibenwischern 10 gestört. Um die Störung zu verringern, sollen erfindungsgemäß das Wischblatt 18 und/oder der Wischarm 12 mindestens teilweise aus transparenten Werkstoffen bestehen. Der Wischarm 12 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Befestigungsteil 20, einem Gelenkteil 22 und einer Wischstange 24. Die Wischstange 24 kann auch an das Gelenkteil 22 angeformt sein (Fig. 2). Besonders in diesem Fall können das Gelenk- teil 22 und die Wischstange 24 aus transparentem Werkstoff wie beispielsweise Polykarbonate, PVC, Polytyreen, Acrylat und/oder Glas bestehen. Die Ausführung mit angeformter Wisch- stange 24 weist ein Hohlprofil 58 (Fig. 3) auf, welches sich vom Gelenkteil 22 bis zum Ende der Wischstange 24 durchzieht. Das Gelenkteil 22 und die Wischstange 24 haben an unterschiedlichen Stellen verschiedene Querschnitte. Die Querschnitte sowie die Materialstärken sind den Belastungen durch Torsions- und Biegemomente angepaßt und berücksichtigen die Sichtverhältnisse des Fahrers sowie die Anströmung durch den Fahrtwind. Zusätzliche Stabilität kann durch eine Verstärkung mit Glasfaser erreicht werden. Das Gelenkteil 22 weist an seinem Ende, welches dem Befestigungsteil 20 zugewandt ist eine Federkammer 26 mit eingebauter Zugfeder 28 auf. Die andere Seite der Zugfeder 28 ist am Befestigungsteil 20 einge- hängt. Die Beweglichkeit der Bügel 34, 36, 38 zueinander ermöglichen Gelenke mit Gelenkstiften 44. Die Bügel 34, 36, 38 des Tragbügelsystems 14 und die Gelenkstifte 44 können aus den oben genannten, transparenten Werkstoffen bestehen.
