MALE GENITALS PROTECTING UNDERPANTS
Technical Field
The present invention relates, in general, to male genitals protecting underpants and, more particularly, to an improvement in such underpants to separately cover the penis and scrotum of the male body using a ventilative cloth, the underpants thus almost completely preventing the penis and scrotum from being brought into contact with each other or with the remaining part of the male body, with the sewn lines of inside and outside cloths of a scrotum pocket of the underpants downwardly extending from the center while being gently inclined outwardly, and an opening formed on the pants body at a position above the scrotum pocket and surrounded by an elastic band at the edge so as to have desired elasticity suitable for elastically holding the scrotum pocket and elastically supporting the penis of the user, with the penis being received within a penis pocket of the underpants while being effectively isolated from the remaining part of the user's body, the underpants thus finally and almost completely preventing the genital area of the user, including the penis and scrotum, from becoming wet with sweat in addition to allowing the user to feel comfortable while wearing the underpants.
Background Art
In the male body, the penis and scrotum structurally project from the groin forward and downward, and so it is necessary for males to wear underpants so as to prevent an undesirable movement of the penis and scrotum in addition to protecting the penis and scrotum.
Such underpants for males are preferably made of a material designed to easily and effectively absorb sweat or moisture, thus accomplishing a desired hygienic effect in addition to accomplishment of the male genitals protection effect.
Conventional male underpants typically comprise an elastic waistband designed to elastically hold and support the waist of the male body, and a pants body designed to cover and protect the front and back portions of the lower part of the male body. Two leg openings are formed at the lower portion of the pants body, with an elastic band integrated along the edge of each leg opening so as to elastically and stably tension the opening. Such two leg openings thus allow a user to easily and conveniently wear the pants, with the two legs of the user passing through the two leg openings.
However, such conventional male underpants are problematic in that they are designed to undesirably pressurize both the penis and scrotum, or the very important parts of the male body, without isolating them from each other, and so the perspiring genital area, including the penis and scrotum, easily becomes wet. In such a case, the male genital area becomes unsanitary and emits odor, and may cause diseases. In an effort to overcome such problems experienced in conventional male underpants, hygienic underpants for males, designed to separate the penis from the scrotum of the male body using a strip band, have been proposed and used.
However, such conventional hygienic underpants for males fail to completely isolate the penis from the scrotum or to completely isolate the penis and scrotum from the remaining part of the male body since the pants pressurize the penis and scrotum that structurally project from the groin forward and downward. In a brief description, the above hygienic underpants merely reduce the contact area between the penis, the scrotum and the remaining part of the male body, but fail to accomplish a desired hygienic effect for the male genitals.
Disclosure of the Invention
Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide male genitals protecting underpants, which are designed to separately cover the penis and scrotum of the male body using a penis pocket and a scrotum
pocket individually made of a ventilative cloth, thus completely preventing the penis and scrotum from being brought into contact with each other or with the remaining part of the male body, and of which the sewn lines of inside and outside cloths of the scrotum pocket downwardly extend from the center while being gently inclined outwardly, and which thus finally and almost completely prevent the genital area of a user from becoming wet in addition to allowing the user to feel comfortable while wearing the underpants.
Another object of the present invention is to provide male genitals protecting underpants, which are provided with an opening, formed on the pants body at a position above the scrotum pocket and surrounded by an elastic band at the edge so as to have desired elasticity suitable for elastically holding the scrotum pocket and elastically supporting the penis received within the penis pocket that is provided at the outside of the opening, and which thus effectively isolate both the penis and scrotum from the remaining part of the male body in addition to allowing a part of the upper portion of the scrotum pocket to be always kept open.
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides male genitals protecting underpants. The underpants of this invention are designed to cover and protect the male lower body, including the male genitals, using a ventilative cloth. The underpants comprise a pants body, designed to cover the front and back portions of the lower body of a user. This pants body is provided with an elastic waistband suitable for allowing the user to easily wear the pants. Two leg openings are formed at the lower portion of the pants body so as to allow the two legs of the user to pass through the two openings while wearing the pants. In the above underpants, a scrotum pocket is formed on the front portion of the pants body while extending forward so as to receive and cover the scrotum of the user. The above scrotum pocket is made of inside and outside cloths, with the sewn lines of the inside and outside cloths downwardly extending from the center while being gently inclined outwardly in opposite directions. A penis opening is formed on the pants body at the top end of the scrotum pocket and is integrated with an elastic band along its edge, thus having elasticity
suitable for elastically tensioning the scrotum pocket and supporting the penis while allowing the user to feel comfortable.
A penis pocket, used for receiving the penis of the male body, is externally mounted on the front portion of the pants body at an area around the penis opening and is used for receiving the penis therein. The underpants thus separate the penis from the scrotum in addition to separating the penis and scrotum from the remaining part of the male body.
In addition, the elastic band, integrated along the edge of the penis opening, allows the edge of the penis pocket to be kept partially open. Therefore, the underpants of this invention accomplish a desired ventilation effect of the pocket, and prevent the penis and scrotum from coming into contact with each other in addition to preventing the male genitals, including the penis and scrotum, from becoming wet with sweat. The underpants are also comfortable for the user to wear.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
Figs. 1 to 4 are views, showing the appearance and construction of male genitals protecting underpants in accordance with the preferred embodiment of this invention.
As shown in the drawings, the male genitals protecting underpants of this invention comprise a pants body 1 , which is designed to cover the front and back portions of the male lower body. This pants body 1 is provided with an elastic waistband 2 suitable for allowing a user to easily wear the pants, with two leg openings 3 formed at the lower portion of the pants body 1 so as to allow the two legs of the user to pass through the two openings 3 while wearing the pants. In the above underpants, a scrotum pocket 4 is formed on the front portion of the pants body 1 while extending forward so as to receive and cover the scrotum of the user. The above scrotum pocket 4 is made of two cloths, or the inside and outside cloths 5 and 6, with the sewn lines 5 a and 6a of the two cloths 5 and 6 downwardly extending from the center while being gently inclined outwardly in opposite directions.
A penis opening 7 is formed on the pants body 1 at the top end of the scrotum pocket 4. The penis opening 7 is integrated with an elastic band 8 along its edge, thus having elasticity suitable for elastically tensioning the scrotum pocket 4 and supporting the penis while allowing the user to feel comfortable. A penis pocket 9 is externally mounted on the front portion of the pants body 1 at an area around the penis opening 7 and is used for receiving the penis of the user therein while separating the penis from the scrotum and separating the penis and scrotum from the remaining part of the male body.
Due to the elastic band 8 integrated along the edge of the penis opening 7, the edge 10 of the penis pocket 9 is kept partially open, and so a desired ventilation of the pocket 9 is accomplished.
In a detailed description, the elastic waistband 2, provided on the pants body 1 of the male genitals protecting underpants of this invention, allow a user to easily and comfortably wear the pants. The above pants body 1 is designed to cover the front and back portions of the male lower body and to separate the penis
from the scrotum of the user.
In addition, the scrotum pocket 4, used for receiving and covering the scrotum of the user, is formed on the front portion of the pants body 1 while somewhat extending forward. The above scrotum pocket 4 is made of two cloths, or the inside and outside cloths 5 and 6. In such a case, the sewn lines 5a and 6a of the two cloths 5 and 6 downwardly extend from the center of the scrotum pocket 4 while being gently inclined outwardly in opposite directions. The scrotum pocket 4 is thus free from pressurizing the scrotum received within the pocket 4.
On the other hand, the penis opening 7, formed on the pants body 1 at the top end of the scrotum pocket 4, is integrated with the elastic band 8 along its edge. The penis opening 7 thus has desired elasticity suitable for elastically tensioning the scrotum pocket 4 while supporting the penis of the male body while allowing the user to feel comfortable, with the penis being received within the penis pocket 9 mounted to the area of the pants body 1 around the opening 7. The penis pocket 9, externally mounted on the front portion of the pants body 1 at the area around the penis opening 7, receives the penis of the user therein while separating the penis from the scrotum and separating the penis and scrotum from the remaining part of the male body. The penis pocket 9 thus prevents the male genitals from being wet with sweat. In addition, the elastic band 8, integrated along the edge of the penis opening 7, also keeps the edge 10 of the penis pocket 9 partially open, and so the band 8 accomplishes a desired ventilation of the pocket 9. The open part, formed on the edge 10 of the penis pocket 9 due to the elastic band 8, also allows the user to project his penis through it when necessary, such as when the user intends to urinate.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the present invention provides male genitals protecting underpants. The underpants of this invention are designed to cover and protect the male lower body, including the male genitals, using a ventilative
cloth.
A penis opening is formed on the pants body at the top end of the scrotum pocket and is integrated with an elastic band along its edge, thus having elasticity suitable for elastically tensioning the scrotum pocket and supporting the penis while allowing the user to feel comfortable.
