The invention is characterised in that the assembling device (10) comprises elastic means (35) for maintaining the two elements (11, 12) normally in mutually spaced position; each of the elements (11, 12) comprises a protuberance (30) projecting from its external surface, the height of the two protuberances (30) being such that, when said two protuberances (30) are in contact with the corresponding walls of the first section (2), they limit the spacing of the parts (11a, 12a) shaped like jaws; and the screw (25) head is engaged through a hole provided in said first section (2).
