Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Granulat und ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Granulaten. Mit der Erfindung soll ein Granulat auf der Basis nachwachsender Rohstoffe geschaffen werden, das sich als Spritzgießmaterial eignet und das durch das Einbringen von Zusätzen hinsichtlich seiner mechanischen und weiteren physikalischen Eigenschaften in weiten Grenzen variierbar ist. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren hat den Vorteil, daß die Herstellung des Granulates ohne besondere Vorbehandlung der eingesetzten Pflanzenteile möglich ist. Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens ist eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen, die aus einem Vorgranulierer und einem Endgranulierer bzw. auch nur aus einem Vorgranulierer bestehen kann. Ein besonders sauberes Granulat erhält man durch die verschiedenen Ausbildungen des Endgranulierers, der z.B. mit gegeneinanderlaufenden Matrizen oder auch mit ineinanderlaufenden Matrizen ausgestattet werden kann.
