Abstract

Described is a device for a tilting or tipping a light vehicle without removing the vehicle wheels, in order to facilitate maintenance or repair of the vehicle. The device comprises a fork (100) whose legs (1) carry the support surfaces (8, 14) for the vehicle wheels of one axle. After moving the fork legs (1) into the position in front of and at the rear of the wheels, a wheel support (15, 300) and clamp (22, 23) is locked in place using pins (6), whereby the wheel and tilting device are firmly held together. Lift is provided by a screw and nut mechanism (200) operating on one end of the fork (10), whilst the lower end of the screw thread column (200) is kept in place by a pair of levers (5).

Description

DEVICE FOR SIDE TURNING OF LIGHT VEHICLES WITHOUT REMOVING THE WHEELS
STATE OF THE ART TO WHICH THE INVENTION CONCERNS
The device for side turning of light vehicles without removing the wheels is an invention from the mechanical engineering field. It represents a device for the needs of automobile industry, which is applying in the process of vehicles maintenance. THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM SOLVED WITH THE INVENTION
The technical problem that is solved with this invention and for which is requested patent protection concerns the side turning of the light vehicles. The technical problem mentioned above is solved with construction which functions on the principle of lever whereas its shape the connection with the device for lifting (the lift), as well as the connection and the shape of the elements for support are of basic meaning.
PRIOR STATE OF THE ART
The state of the art includes more constructive decisions of devices for side turning of vehicles. Among them more famous is the constructive decision which basic fault is the need for removing of three wheels of the vehicles so on their place can be set the elements for support and the main part for lifting. For performing the action mentioned above, a stronger physical strength and time is needed. This invention solves the technical problem without removing the wheels of the vehicle, as well as without any kind of other pervious preparation of the vehicle as it was known before (previous lifting with other lift or something similar). SOLUTION OF THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM The essence of the invention consists the fact that the lever has shape of fork which is pulled through the both front, as well as. both rear wheels of the vehicle in the direction parallel with the axis of the wheels. After is passing of the second wheel, on the open side of the lever, the support is mounted on the wheel. At the same time, it represents supporting point, actually the point of rotation of the lever. The weight that lifts the lever is a part of the weigh of the vehicle, which acts on the wheel that is lifted. The lifting of the lever is performed directly to this wheel, by means of the lift. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS OF THE INVENTION
The drawings of the invention,-i.d. solution of the technical problem - are shown on Fig. (1), Fig. (2), and Fig. (3), whereas on: Fig.(l) is shown the position and the way of setting of the elements of the device for side turning of light vehicles without removing of the wheels in relations to the vehicle itself in the starting position.
Fig.(2) is shown a lever - fork for turning of the vehicle and its connection with treaded lift.
Fig.(3) is shown the wheel supporters, as well as the elements that serve for mounting of the lever - fork and the elements that serve for its fixation relating to the wheel which is supported. DESCRIPTION OF ONE OF THE WAYS OF REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION
The device for side turning of light vehicles without removing of the wheels is shown on the Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
The same consists of fork ( 100) which is connected by joint with the threaded lift (200) and two props (300). The fork (100) and the threaded lift (200) are interconnected with the lever (4) and lever (5). The fork (100) with one of the side props (300) is connected through the axes (6).
After the handing of the wheel support of the fork (100) the structure comes back until the wheel support touches the wheel of the vehicle. In this position the wheel support (300) attaches to the vehicle wheel by means of the support (22) , so the nuts (23) of the support (22) pull through the opening (24) and after hands turning of the nuts (20), the structure is secured against separation. The attachment of the second wheel support is performed on the same way. The distance capsules (21) are using from time to time in dependence of wheel width.
The fork (100) gradually inclines taking acute position by acting of the threaded lift (200) by means of the screw-driver machine or the like. In the same tame the vehicle is on the cute position. The vehicle is brought handily in the end position which is approximately perpendicular related to the grand. Than, the vehicle supports only supporters (300). The fork (100) and the threaded lift (200) by separating of the axes (6), can be fully separated from the vehicle.
