Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif comprenant deux tiges (7) longitudinales conçues pour être fixées à la colonne vertébrale et se prolonger de chaque côté respectivement de la section de celle-ci. Pour une vertèbre (3) donnée, un crochet (12) et deux moyens d'appui de vertèbres associés audit crochet, conçu pour s'appuyer contre la partie médiane de le voûte vertébrale postérieure (20) entre les deux tiges longitudinales, le crochet étant doté de tiges transversales (27, 28) pour liaison avec les tiges longitudinales. Ledit crochet est fait en deux parties (13, 14) pouvant être assemblées pour former le crochet. La première partie (13) comprenant un corps prolongé d'une lame (16) qui s'étend avec un décalage latéral par rapport au corps et est profilé et conçu de manière à pouvoir appuyer contre une zone centrale de la voûte (20. La seconde partie (14), formant un lien la raccordant à la première partie comporte un corps intégré à une souche transversale (21) insérable dans un trou transversal dans le corps de la première partie (13), un moyen étant fourni pour fixer cette tige d'une manière amovible au corps de ladite première partie (13). On évite, selon l'invention, de couper les ligaments entre les apophyses épineuses pour monter les crochets.
